Update...2 weeks later they realize/acknowledge they credited the wrong account. I appreciate the correction of the main amount. I have accepted that I will surely never be reimbursed for the penalties their wrong-crediting cost me - and they have not reached out. But their system was manageable from when the board hired them. Hopefully I won't face further hiccups.

I contacted Rowcal to address a window that was not draining and causing damage to the inside of my condo. I was so impressed on the fast service to get the problem fixed. Jackie and Jess in maintenance had my problem fix in only a couple days. Both experiences I called Rowcal on, I received professional and a fast response to my needs. I was so impressed. Thank you

My condo recently switched from Diversified to Rowcal. I didn't think it was possible for my HOA service to get ANY WORSE! Well I was wrong, it's worse. Imagine paying monthly to have a company actively ignore your emails and dodge calls. Just read the recent reviews and you'll quickly realize I'm just one of the many. Take your HOA needs elsewhere. Criminal.

Update: they have time to respond to negative reviews but not to respond to emails. That must be what we are paying for
Our property manager literally told us in an email that we should call the out of hours number if we want something to get done. Not really sure why we pay him

Kayla Gaudioso, one of the "senior community manager" is very unresponsive and not helpful. She requires 3-4 + business days to reply to an email. The emails she sends out are 90% generic automated emails. She does not provide answers and clarification when a penalty is issued. I am currently on a 15 day count down to remedy an issue. The last time I head from Kayla was August 10th and today is the 16th of August. Kayla isnt too responsive with her emails when I have questions and need clarification. If someone that works at rowcal is reading this, I need someone to rectify this issue and assign me to a new agent. Kayla is not helpful.
