The manager is very rude, today I went to return a product and she says it was missing pieces, my mother bought it and she didn't realize that two pieces were missing so I went to return it and the manager tried to say that I was stealing it, she said that she would look in her recordings because the product has 5 pieces and I only had 3, she was rude, I have no need to steal and I returned it because it didn't fit my mother nor had I realized that two pieces were missing, I didn't like the way she spoke to me trying to say that I was stealing. Since the cashier spoke to her in silence I noticed that they were talking about me in a rude way, I have gone to this store many times and this is the first time that they have treated me that way, I hope that they train the people they hire well, because nobody deserves to be treated that way, I am always kind, I greet and smile

Selection was very low , although we were really close to Christmas ,so understandable . Look how cute they have a baby Mercedes for sale . All in all pretty decent location !

The experience I had going to this Ross was bad because not even 30 minutes in there, I’m already getting followed for no reason by an older man that was pretending to be a customer, but he had loss prevention clothes clearly and invading my space so definitely don’t go to this location go to another location where they don’t profile people

I usually have a decent experience when I come to the store but today is quite different. Walked into the store to immediately start being followed by their whatever loss prevention and their old crotchety manager lady and loud as hell blatantly saying that I stole a bunch of stuff when I heard that I laughed at them went and paid for everything just to prove the point. And I'm sure I'm going to return with a lawsuit for slander and defamation of character. If they would actually do some work and look at the cameras, they would see you that they are the dumb ones in this situation.

One of my more preferred Ross locations and they have amazing bargains if you can figure out when to go. It’s such a busy location that the store seems cleaned out most of the time unless you arrive there the day after they restock 🧐
Found some of my most favorite shirts from there though!

I really don’t like being the one to complain but the manager on Duty 5:17 Friday, Aug 23 should be demoted and go through training again she is very rude and unprofessional
