Great place to find great bargains! I come here to shop for my kid’s clothes and always find great deals on brand new name brand items that’s cheaper than it would have been in any other place, Amazon and the outlets included. Fun shopping experience 🛍️
But since everyone else also seems to know this bargain hunting hack, it’s all about timing and coming in the day after the restock to get the best selection. Half the time, the store almost feels barren and emptied out especially during holidays 🤔

Stood in line for about 5 minutes watching people get rang out which was normal but then stood there looking at about 6 associates stand around in the customer service area like we didn't even exist while we patiently waited. It was like the blind leading the blind. Had to finally say something to get rang out. Customer service needs improvement.

I just stopped here, and saw they replaced most of the cashiers with self checkouts. I thought I might be in and out really fast, since I only had one pair of pants, so I did the self check out, and then was stopped by aworker near the self checkouts, telling me that I needed to get the tag removed, and to get in the long line of other people waiting to get their tags removed.
i'm really not trying to be at church, but what's the point of self check out, if now I have to get in a long line to have all my tags removed? There were three customers in front of me, and one person had a huge basket filled, it literally took 12 minutes for them to take out each item, one by one, and have the tag removed. If I had gone through the regular cashier, I would've been gone long ago. It just seems like a stupid system, just so they don't have to hire cashiers, but now the customer has to pay the price with their time. Sadly, I can't say that I want to come back here, because of this.

Why have a self checkout when you still have to wait in line just to get your receipt scanned? Just have a cashier check me out for Christ's sake.

Today, I went clothes shopping with my wife, and everything was fine until we encountered Sharon in the fitting room area. Sharon was incredibly rude, insisting that a mother leave her 3-year-old boy outside because he was a boy in the changing room. She was also mean to a woman with one item, demanding she put it on the rack so Sharon could count it, even though it was clearly just one item. I noticed other customers were equally surprised by her behavior.
After witnessing this for about 10 minutes, my wife came out of the fitting room. She had found two things that fit and three that didn’t. Sharon got visibly annoyed and said, "Really, none of these fit? Fine, I guess." Not wanting to engage with someone so rude, I simply said, "Thanks," and we left.
We had planned to shop more, but Sharon's behavior was too much. I hope a manager sees this and addresses her conduct. The clothes and everyone else in the store were great, but Sharon's attitude was unacceptable.
