This Ross is one of my favorite stores. Over all Ross carries lots of different merchandise from clothes for all sizes to bathroom accessories. They have a great supply of affordable, stylish rugs and even goodies for my pets.

They need to do better with management. They seem to have young girls running the store. I was hired to work there and only worked one day before I was offended by one of the managers. They asked me to come in and cover someone’s shift so I agreed. Mind you, I had not worked a single shift yet… This would have been my first day. On the way to work I got into a car accident pretty serious… Before I make contact with and let them know what happened, I had a voicemail message from a manager, stating that I did a no call no-show and my job was in jeopardy. She didn’t ask what was going on, she didn’t ask if I was OK, she didn’t ask if there were any emergencies? She told me that I didn’t call no-show and that my job was terminated. At that point I didn’t even bother to call and I never looked back. I believe I definitely dodged a bullet, that manager representing their company, put them to shame. I don’t remember her name, Eva, or Eda.

Ross has always been know for mess and narrow isles. I was a little surprised to see the shoes tied together. Lol. They do have reasonable prices on their clothes. It never hurts to give it a once over every now and then.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. My 18 y.o. son was employed part-time here and was told he was being let go the day after Christmas. The reason given was “The Christmas Season was ending”. Now again he’s 18 y.o. and doesn’t know when you’re fired in certain states like Colorado the employer is required to give your last paycheck immediately. Now I called to remind them of the law and compliance of it and was met with an argumentative and dismissiveness tone and disregard of the law and a “I’m just doing what I’m told do attitude” from the assistant manager Kira Davis. I called back demanded to speak with the store manager named Whitney Smith but she was conveniently unavailable. Long story less long, customer service is subpar and when challenged they hang up like the feckless cowards they are
