Terrible store, don't waste your time. Shelves are bare, messy, and it smelled like urine. Not only did the place have a dangerous shoplifter while I was briefly there, but I overheard an employee mentioning that there are no bathrooms available for the employees. That is illegal. The one person i did ask, didn't speak English. Then I heard the manager yelling at another employee the next aisle over. How unprofessional. Don't take your children here.

For my taste not a lot to choose from. My kids found what they needed plus I was able to find some gym pants. Overall a nice budget friendly experience.

They will not let the public use the bathroom at this store, so I will no longer shop there, using the bathroom shouldn't be a special privilege.

This Ross is one of my favorite stores. Over all Ross carries lots of different merchandise from clothes for all sizes to bathroom accessories. They have a great supply of affordable, stylish rugs and even goodies for my pets.

They need to do better with management. They seem to have young girls running the store. I was hired to work there and only worked one day before I was offended by one of the managers. They asked me to come in and cover someone’s shift so I agreed. Mind you, I had not worked a single shift yet… This would have been my first day. On the way to work I got into a car accident pretty serious… Before I make contact with and let them know what happened, I had a voicemail message from a manager, stating that I did a no call no-show and my job was in jeopardy. She didn’t ask what was going on, she didn’t ask if I was OK, she didn’t ask if there were any emergencies? She told me that I didn’t call no-show and that my job was terminated. At that point I didn’t even bother to call and I never looked back. I believe I definitely dodged a bullet, that manager representing their company, put them to shame. I don’t remember her name, Eva, or Eda.
