They honestly have no idea what a cubic yard is and they will charge you more than the actual amount. Unfortunately it’s one of the only places the dump so they price gouge you on dumping your debris even though they use it to recycle and make money off of it later really unfortunate the fact that they have untrained staff, guessing the cubic yardage on peoples trucks and trailers

Quoted one price to drop off branches on the phone and then they added 40% when I arrived because they weren't packed down enough. I said I could use straps to squish it down they said I'd have to leave and come back when that was done. Wouldn't let me add straps on site. Very grumpy salesman - bait and switch. I decided to go elsewhere. Wasted my time, shouldn't have driven all the way down.

Great place to recycle your natural waste. The staff on the other hand could use a dose of happiness. To the older white guy out working in the backhoe...you sir are especially in need of an attitude adjustment. If you hate your job that much maybe you should go be a greeter at Walmart and give that job to a young blood.In regards to your response, making assumptions isnt a great business practice. Just accept your loosing customers due to your kermet the frog looking back hole driver. It's was HIS attitude that prompted me to write this review. I'm not wasting my time to call you guys. You got your review. Good luck to your horrible business. Hope your holidays are as bad as your customer service. Great day to ya

Love this place. Homeowners Saturdays is a great way to get rid of yard scraps. Amazing knowledgeable customer service. Got mulch delivered and flagstone to make a path. Love that everything is local recycled product/wood from near by being repurposed. Support a local business!
