Cheapest service in all soco, andthey certainly act like it, when i worked trash if I acted like these crews do I would be fired on the spot, the office lady is rude and unprofessional telling me "theres no way they left scattered they are better than that" while I pick up a whole bag that looks like it was just ripped and thrown into my driveway. Just sad really if you have other options go with them

A represented from Rocky Mountain disposal came to my house selling Rocky Mountain disposal services. The price was fair, and the rep also told me that they would take anything that I put outside extra, trash bags, and debris. Well, it's Friday, and my trash is still out here in front of my house. Although they did take the trash in toat. They left everything else behind. I called Rocky Mountain disposals office to see what was going on and to see why they didn't take my trash that the rep said they would take. Not only was the woman rude and disrespectful, but she didn't even try to solve the problem. Cancel my services within the first week of service. I will never recommend this company Rocky Mountain disposal. You should hire people with more integrity.

After them using an excuse of not being able to get to my trash that wasn’t out on the curb, a week later of course I had 2 weeks worth of trash. They emptied the bins but the remaining trash was left. They stated it was not by the curb. Ummmm how close to the curb do you need the pile of trash when it is at the curb to begin with?!

They haven't picked up our trash in 3 weeks. Won't return our phone calls. Doesn't answer the phone. We will be changing providers.

We live in Peyton and this morning after they picked up our neighbors trash he was speeding down our road! I yelled at him to slow down because it was ridiculous how fast he was going in a residential neighborhood with lots of kids

Great Trash/Recycling Company. Now under new ownership called HBS (not local). Just don't feel like switching, they have the best rates!Haven't had any complaints about them either. Great Guys picking up and Great Customer Service from the ladies in the office.

They did drop off bins early Monday morning!We bought a house and the former owners used this company for their trash so we decided to keep them and I called and set everything up for us to continue service. We paid and setup automatic payments well today they took the trash cans. Will more than likely be looking for a new trash service company!Called they said we’d have new bins by Monday.

What a bunch of incompetent people. First they throw away my lid to my own container and won't replace it, but allow me to use one of theirs. Then on three consecutive billing cycles, their bills were sent to my spam email and then they charged me twice for late fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. I have never been more disgusted or frustrated with a business. From failure to communicate random policy changes to the most condescending and contrite "customer service". The consistency of pick-up is non- existent and they will find 5834 reasons to add additional charges to your bill even if the error is theirs. Unfortunately I have been a customer for almost 2 years and they have made this process absolutely MISERABLE the entire time! Do yourself a favor and pick ANY other waste company!!!!

We have an ordinance concerning bears where trash cannot be left out at night and the pick up time is all over the place with these guys. Sometimes they arrive early, sometimes late, and if you cans aren't out then you're out of luck for that week. It's an automated truck so if every item is not in a bag there will be trash that flies out and no care what happens to anything that doesn't go into the truck. No additional bags allowed. Spend the extra $1 a month for a better service.

I owed past months. I called and asked if I could pay half. They said ok. I needed the extra to go towards my sisters MRI. They took out the total past due. Would not make it right. In a jam now. Be careful when calling in a payment.

I have never had problems with RMD One time my trash did not get picked up I called and it was picked up later that day. The person on the phone is always polite to me. I think they are great
