Needed help with my machine. I couldn’t get the threading right. Chloe was so helpful and with just a few instructions and minor tweaking my machine was humming along. It’s such a beautiful store. Thanks for the help. Karen D

Really great customer service! I took in an old sewing machine to see if they could tune it up and figure out if the timing was off. The woman I worked with was very nice looked at a number of things before giving me a quote for having it sent to the shop. They even provided me with a written receipt with the deadline.
