If your payment is one day late they will call you back to back. I was one payment late and they called me back to back all day even while I’m at work. And even after I communicated my work hours they still blew my phone up the entire day

we were played lied to scamed and we never signed up for auto pay and now they trying to steal from us by running a credit card of ours and wont tell us what card they have under our name wont hold up to there deal never gave us what they said they was over charging us ill never rent from any rent a center again they can take ther stuff back im going to conns

* UPDATE: We have been with this RAC for many years now. We have always been treated kindly & with respect, like family, until a couple months back. New mgmt took over, to say the least & be as polite as i can, they all need customer service training. Calling a client a liar is not acceptable. The cherry on top was when they lied to me. Disrespectful! I'll be taking not just mine, but my family's multiple accts with me. Thanks a million for all you did for my family Becca! You were the best there & now it's their loss.

I was lied to about RAC requiring people to set up AP on their accounts. This is false based off the website stating it is “OPTIONAL” secondly, I was lied to and told that the addl insurance would not be charged to me. Again, another optional purchase that I was forced to purchase. I will not be coming back to RAC if this is how the stores are ran these days.

It was the most humiliating embarrassing and disappointing and wrong experience I've ever felt in long time unbeknownst to me the store manager ahad called in security before I even went in and then they refuse to talk me and was harassed about how I would be unable to supply mine pertinent and documents andwitchbI already had in my hand

The rent a center we are going to is not honoring our warranty. We went through all the processes told to go through when our PS5 was stolen and they are telling us there is nothing they will do and is still making us pay for it

This is Richard Hall, my last review was terrible and I never meant what I said. What had happened was I lost my daughter baby girl and I took it out on the store manager Isaiah. Rent a center never did anything wrong to me. My apologies to the store manager. The whole team at rent a center is awesome at their job and treats their customers with the upmost respect. Everytime I come into the store, I'm treated like family. Thank you for everything you all do! If you rent from here, you will not regret it and I promise!
