I recently purchased a pillow from the Relax the Back store. Marcie took the time to show me several different pillows that she felt fit my needs. Chris and Creighton helped me with the exchanges and purchases of my trial pillows. The store's policy of "test driving" as many pillows as necessary resulted in me finding the best, most comfortable, pillow that I've ever owned.

I was referred here to look for a pillow and Marcie had me try several until I found what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with! She moaned the pillow out to me for several days so I could try it first and when I was satisfied, I went back and collected my brand new pillow! Would highly recommend Marcie and this store to anyone!

I’ve been coming here for many years, and I’ve always been completely satisfied with the customer service and the products they sell. I purchased an office chair several years ago after getting frustrated and left in pain from cheap office chairs prior to purchasing one here. It was a life changer and I had no more pain in my back an tailbone while working! I’ve purchased pillows as well before, and they were so patient with me as it took
many tries to find the right one. My spine condition has gotten worse, leaving me with increased neck pain, so I knew it was time for a new pillow. Creyton knew exactly the issue I was having, he picked the perfect pillow on the first try. His knowledge is excellent, he is very professional and friendly, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I very much appreciate how knowledgeable all the sales associates are! I wouldn’t buy a pillow from anywhere else.

They were very helpful, professional, friendly, no pushiness to buy there products, but was right there to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this place to any of our friends, family and even doctors we interact with with our health care. Thank you guys for all your help and we'll be back.
