Sam our Collision Repair Consultant is amazingly kind, patient and professional, informing us of every detail about the repair of our car, even going beyond helpful , dealing with this insurance hard to deal with. We’re absolutely not disappointed with Red Noland Collection Center. As soon as you enter the office, you are greeted with great courtesy by Miss Penny. Thank you Sam for doing so much for us.

Red Noland did a great job after I was rear ended and got the insurance to pay for everything needed and to replace all the parts with OEM parts. I was glad I didn’t go to the insurance recommended collision center as from my experience, they are usually focused on getting the bare minimum done. Jacob was very helpful. Will definitely be using them again if ever needed.

Went to get an estimate to have some work done on my car. The guy gave a ballpark of $5-6,000! We went to a couple of other places, and they were both under $2,500. We selected one of them. They have 5 stats also.

Red Noland Collision Center delivered quality work on my car, but the experience was incredibly frustrating due to poor communication. My car took about a month to be completed, with constant delays and no updates unless I reached out. (With the exception of the first week I guess) I had to return my rental car because the repair took longer than the insurance coverage, and every time I called, I was given new, inconsistent timelines. Additionally, when I received my car, my cargo trunk liner was missing, and no one at the shop knew where it was. Though they ordered a replacement, the inconvenience continued as I had to chase them for updates and ultimately pick it up myself, & sitting in 40 mins of traffic to get home. The lack of proactive communication made the entire process stressful. If you value good work but don't mind feeling ignored and constantly pestering for updates, this might be the place for you. However, as a customer, I expect better service and communication.
