Chad was great from start to finish! He got the parts in quickly, was able to schedule the install within a few days, and got it done in a timely manner. When he realized he needed different wiring than what was projected and that it would cost less in installation fees (a.k.a. his time), he told us and refunded the difference instead of pocketing that money. We appreciated the integrity and honesty. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Installed crossbars and Yakima 16 cu ft topper for my Subaru Tribeca. Opens on both sides. Guy inside the shop was kind and informative. Install was inexpensive and professional. Will definitely use again! Looking forward to long trips and the ski season.

I purchased a Thule roof rack several years ago at a nearby bike shop, and not too long afterwards the mechanism that secured the fork of my road bike to the rack failed. I took it back to the bike shop that sold it to me and installed it, but they said there was nothing they could do. I was hoping it just needed a new part, but they basically said I'd have to call Thule. They also recommended I go across the highway to RackStarz, and I'm glad I did! Within an hour, they took off the bike rack, disassembled the mechanism, found and repaired the problem. They also let me know that the product I had had been recalled (which I wasn't told by the original retailer or manufacturer.) They printed out all the information for me to contact Thule and recommended I do so. On top of the A+ service, they declined to charge me anything! We're likely to put a rook rack on my wife's car this winter for ski season, and won't even shop around. Will go right to RackStarz. Thanks!

Thanks to everyone at RackStarz - My 4Runner has never looked so good - they helped accomplish my full overland transformation just in time for the season. I will keep using them for future additions as everyone at the COS location is both knowledgeable and very personable.

I came here to buy a rack for my bike. Salesman was distant and not very engaged- considering I came to a store that specializes in racks, he should have helped me get something that would work for my bike. The rack he sold me is incompatible with my bicycle and must need an adapter. I guess buyer beware, but it tried to support a small local business now I am stuck with a rack I can’t use.
Maybe in the future determine the customers needs and deliver them. I’m really disappointed. Wishing I’d gone to REÍ for better salespeople and for a strong return policy.

Great shop they installed my roof rack several years ago and it has worked flawlessly. No leaks and holds all of our gear. They also sell accessories for off-roading like sand boards and other accessories.

I had previously had a rack installed onto my Honda from Rackstarz that had worked great for a few years. After our last road trip the front rack had come unattached. My husband took it in today and they reinstalled it for us! We are very thankful for the team at RackStarz! Now we're ready for our next adventure!

Brendon Is a rockstar, a one-man wrecking machine. Super friendly, professional, does expert installations, put on a hitch for me, save me a ton of money from using my Subaru dealership. Installed my Kuat two bike rack. I couldn’t be happier! Keep up the good work Brendon!! It’s been more than a year since he did the installation, but I’ve always wanted to give him a five star review. Too many people just review places when they have a bad experience so hats off to Brendon. I’m enjoying my rack and loving mountain bike so much more!!!

After a little research, RackStarz seamed like a no brainer. Not only did they beat the Canadian owned Rack Attack on price, but installation was free, and they hooked me up with a Yakima lock strap at cost!

Recomend calling. The website let me put in an order that an email says isnt possible. Which is odd if you cant do it why did the website set it up and give me a conformation. Despite there assumtion that my put of state license ment i was uncapable of placing an order im actually in colorado springs They put 0 effort into understanding my order. My money is going elsewhere. ( fixed for accuracy)

Did a lot of damage to vehicle when installing tow hitch.Edit: yes parts were ordered 3 months ago. Install occurred about a month ago. Rear bumper damaged, bolts and clips missing, interior trim ripped up… that’s just what I’ve found so far.

Every time that I have come to Rackstarz the staff has been nothing but amazing and helpful. I have bought pretty much my entire overland setup from them and every time they have so much insight and are always ready to help with all of the questions that I have. 10/10 I will always recommend these guys for anything rack and overland related.
