I'm so glad I took the time to visit this storefront instead of blindly ordering via their website. The clerk was very knowledgeable and very professional in addressing my concerns and questions about the Timberline Towers; JetStream; Fishing Rod Rack; and Cargo carrier.
It's one of the better retail customer service experiences I've had so far this year.

We recently purchased an iKamper roof tent from Rack Attack. The staff there answered all our questions and handled the whole installation process well. We have since decided to order some additional accessories through them. Seems to be a very well-run business.

Thank goodness for Rack Attack! From my first phone call with Will he gave me excellent information and educated me on the exact system that would fit our truck, as we are driving two large sea kayaks down to Baja. When zI got to the store they had my rack on and ready to go in 90 minutes! If you want excellent customer service and top-notch Yakima produces do business with Will and his crew at Rack Attack!

Conor at Colorado Springs store installed a tonneau cover on my truck. He did a fantastic job. It looks and works perfectly. Customer service is fantastic.
