I went in for a blood draw. They said they cannot perform it unless I order it online. I ordered it online and radio silence. The labs are paid for and I cannot get on the phone with anyone to actually get the labs and their office does not have a front desk to help you. Having paid for the lab, the website doesn't allow me to schedule the appointment to get the lab done. The phone directory for quest tells you to go online for help and hangs up on you no matter which option you click. I'll never stray from Labcorp ever again. It's worth the extra few bucks.

Had an appointment for biometrics, checked in at 7:34 for a 7:40 appointment was taken back on time and was in and out done in 10 minutes, Mary had great bedside manners, she was very informative, kind and very quick! Highly recommend coming here, make an appointment online before coming in and check in with your phone this way you have a seamless transaction!

I went in as a walk-in. When I got there two other individuals signed in a walk-ins in front of me and we were all told via the kiosk we would not be seen until 1:30 (it was 10AM). They were seen right away. There were issues with my sign in and I asked for help from Denise (tattoos, grey/brown hair, 40/50s) she was very rude to both me and another customer. She them skipped me, seemingly on purpose, to help others with the same test and walk in status. Gladys, the tech, was very efficient and friendly. I think corporate needs to do some training and investigate this clinic.

My daughter had to go in for an employment drug screen. She was told by her employer that she could walk in. When she did, there was only a kiosk to check in. There were apparently no other openings for drug screens that day and she had to make an appointment. I wanted to ask someone if I had to be there since my daughter was a minor but there is no one to ask. Just an empty room with a kiosk. Very unprofessional. I tried to call that location to ask if I had to be there and you cannot get a live person on the phone. I had to take off work to go back with her for her appointment and it turned out I didn't need to be there with her. If there had been a person in the office to ask or if I could have gotten a live person on the phone, I would not have had to take time off work to go back with her.I will never use Quest unless I am forced to. They absolutely lack in communication and customer service. I have told everyone I possibly can how poorly Quest handles their business. They have a lot to work on if they want people using their lab.

I was a walk in near the end of the day. I had quite a difficult order and I’m not an easy person to get blood from. After going to labcorp, and another labcorp without any success, I was recommended to Quest. Gladys, Dennis, Milton, and Grant were all the technicians on duty. They got the job done! Thank you So Very Much!By the way… It’s a Boy!! ??

I understand that a digital check in can be convenient and cut costs... However I checked in and after an hour wait, I was told I cannot bring my children in with me. They are 2 a 2 year old and a 6 month old. I cannot just leave them in the waiting room. I do not have a sitter and now I will be delinquent for a new hire drug screening because there was no clear direction on this and nobody in the waiting room to give me any inclination that I was about to waste an hour of my life.

Had a perfect experience getting lab work done. Made an appt the day before. Went in at 0740, checked in easily, almost no wait. They had my lab orders that were escribed. Milton was my phlebotomist. He was very professional, kind, and efficient. I am a medical professional so I have very high expectations of anything medical I have done. Everything here was done appropriately.

Incredibly rude. Old lady needs to find a different job away from people if she hates her life this bad.

I didn’t have to wait at all. Denise took me back right away. She didn’t hurt at all and my lab work was done and I was out the door in less than ten minutes. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve had my lab work done here several times and it’s always been fine. I’ve been a walk in and made appointments. I always get seen in a timely manner and treated professionally. The only thing I don’t like is the check in kiosk but it is efficient.

Went in for blood work and was told that they needed me to email lab work to them while I was there. I emailed it 3 different times and waited over an hour and they never received it.The older woman was snotty and rude to begin with. I’ve dealt with a young gentleman by the name of John and he was doing his best to help but after an hour I walked out. Whether it was their internet provider not working I didn’t appreciate the older woman’s demeanor.

This is the location closest to my house, and while they typically are fast they desperately need to train ALL their staff on out of state lab work. Half of them do not know how to look up a doctor for the NPI without calling the doctors office which is problematic when the doctors office is in a different time zone for early appointments. This causes my appointments to be sometimes 25 minutes which is absurd for a quick 3 vile lab draw.

ZERO STARS .. no humans to help. Kiosk was not working correctly, knocked on door several times, no answer, people waiting, this is how they do business, go elsewhere, I did and will never be back

I will start by saying that I booked an appointment through their fully automated voicemail system on the same day as my appointment. Super easy, but write down the confirmation number they give you as you will use that to check into their kiosk. I was there to pee in a cup for a drug test as part of a background check requirement for employment. Driver’s License was all that was required for me, which the kiosk scans. My appointment was for 10:20, and they request you get there 10 minutes early. I was there at 10:05, they called my name a few minutes after kiosk check-in, and I was on my way before my appointment time. Denise was super efficient. Those in the waiting room all appeared to be walk-ins, which seems to be where the backlog comes from.
