Took my motorcycle in for them to install and hook up an amp that I bought from them. When they gave me the bike back I had light issues and after taking the bike to a motorcycle repair shop I was told that wires had been cut and handlebar wire harness connectors had been broken and barely held together. I now need to buy a new harness for the inside of the fairing. I recommend their sound products but not their installation services.Thank you for replying but I do not have a number to customer service.

I was here 5 years ago and they did all the work to my Tahoe which I was really happy with . I am back now and have a different truck looking to get worked on and not they don't do any of the work . The person who I was talking to was rude as fuck and unprofessional and to be honest just trash . I wouldn't go there to get anything done .this place has gone down hill since Donny left . I'm truly disappointed

Had a dash cam hard wired. Arrived just before they opened, and they got me right in. Great service, nice work, and reasonable price.

Took a jeep wrangler to get a remote start over to them. Way less than other companies in the area. Had it done within four hours, and has been working ever cents.

I can only speak about my experiences with the Quality Auto Performance Center. It has been exemplary! I have conducted business with the owner and his organization for about seven years at both his locations. During that time frame they have performed services on all my vehicles to include both my classic cars, Harley, and my Truck with no complaints at all. I have had window tint, clear bras, alarms systems, auto starts, radios, amps, and speakers installed, all with no problems. They not only do it right the first time, but they stick to the timelines and price quotes that they provide you initially (very important to me).Best of all Anthony stands behind his work! That is extremely hard to find these days. I haven’t had any problems with any installations or his team. However, I am confident that if I did have a problem it would get fixed with no questions asked. Anthony, Rudy, Brandon, and Jeremy are the epitome of courtesy and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone, and don’t plan to go anywhere else for my vehicle’s audio/ electronic needs.

I have been a 100% loyal customer for most of my youth to know, so let’s say over thirty years. Always professional and courteous. Just installed four 8 inch ground zero subwoofers in my F-350 sounds amazing. Also replaced all of the door speakers, simply can’t express the professional and due diligence that this took, very happy with the results. So if I’m behind you system on 100 it’s me. I got a sub installed here and Brenden was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. The install was quick and when there was a issue, that was in no part their fault he got me in the same day in fixed it in under an hour. The price was great! I don’t feel I was up charged or taken advantage of like I was at a previous large corporate store. I will be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

Zero quality customer service. I walked in a few minutes early for my remote start appointment and it's as if Brandon is annoyed. No greeting and he was annoyed by having to answer the two questions that I had about the remote start system. If I'm about to spend $400 then I need to ensure I'm getting all the features I want. I was thinking of upgrading it and really wanted to inquire about getting a Bluetooth stereo system installed, however Brandon's demeanor was off putting. Then I picked up car, drove it home and the keys wouldn't come out the ignition. I called and asked Brandon if this was common and he said no. I told him i was coming back so they could get the key out. He came out and fiddled with it. He demonstrated zero empathy and zero care. He then stepped away to help another customer, so instead of me expressing my disappointment I drove away, found a nice mechanic who removed the key. The mechanic said they did not properly connect all the wiring back. I'll never go back for another product here ever again and will tell friends as well as associates to beware of this place. Thank Goodness God had changed my life because in the past I might just have given Brandon a piece of my mind. Hahaha. Instead I left gracefully.

Had them put in an Apple CarPlay and remote start on my 1991 Ford and it all works great. Had a very minor issue come up on the Apple CarPlay unit a couple of months after the install and they went way above and beyond to build an additional bracket to make sure it was right. Highly recommend, thank you!

My brother gifted me a automatic remote start 5 years ago. I've gone back to this business about 7 times because my remote start stopped functioning. The owners brother, wears glasses, is unbelievably rude. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS!

This place is awesome! They installed a really nice Bluetooth system custom into my fairing and did an amazing job. Even after I had issues with it almost 8 months after (issues that had nothing to do with the work they did) they helped fix everything again. Highly recommended!
