This car wash is worn out. No maintenance has been done and there was no soap in the soap dispenser so the wash was kind of a joke. One of the four stalls didn't work at all, just ate my quarters. Another stall was full of water such that you'd be standing underwater if you tried to use it. Overall a disappointment. I will not return it was a waste of money. Escalade is not clean.

Not a good thing. I went through the car wash and my car still dirty and soap was still on my car. Will not recommend this company to anyone

I purchased the minimum wash and was disappointed that it didn't remove the leftover salt/dirt from the most recent snow.

Touchless car wash in Colorado Springs, finally! Prices range from $6 to $11. Good clean and air dries the car at the end too.

I have never had a reason not to trust water works. I always hand wash my car and if I dont have time or it's too cold, I come here and my car is taken care of. I also appreciate the prices compared to other full service places, including ones in other states.

I've been a customer since the 1980's and receive excellent service. If something is not right, bring it to their attention and it will be corrected. Regarding some negative ratings; rate their service not their politics. Homeless people are causing business owners many problems in cities across the country, don't criticize these owners until you are in their shoes.

Highly unimpressed. When they finished with my car they handed me a comment card and walked away. I almost drove off when I realized that my passenger rear window was down. I went to roll it up and it wouldn't roll up. I got out of my car and there wasn't an employee to be found. I waited a few minutes before finding someone to bring me a manager.

i'll start by saying i'm really shocked to see these reviews. i've been going to this car wash spot for years & i won't go anywhere else. i've taken both of my new cars there and the service & quality has been excellent. i recently got a new car so i've been working really hard to keep her nice & clean & i visor water works on nevada every month or so for the full detail that's around $130 or so & im happy every time! they shampoo my carpet & detail every nook & cranny. if i ever have an issue they address it right away. this is why i only go here & no where else! the mgr. at this location is awesome. i'll see you guys in a week or two to get my carpets cleaned!
