We had such a great experience with ProPDR for our truck’s hail damage repair. There was extensive damage in multiple areas of the vehicle, and now you could never tell. Attention to detail, and quality work. Good communication and updates, which is important because it can be a long process. Easy collaboration with insurance. Friendly staff. We would not hesitate to go back but, let’s hope we can avoid another huge Colorado hail storm ??

Impeccable work on my passenger side door in fixing the door dings and scratches. Jesse was AWESOME in explaining what needed to be done to fix the door dings and scratches and how long it would take. Pricing for the fix was EXCEPTIONAL and the customer service the PRO PDR receptionist, Mindy, (who controls all the chaos) is superior and second to none, making this service even more seamless. PRO PDR is tremendous in both their work and customer service. Not a bit of Bulls$&t.

Pro PDR has been amazing. Great communication and flexible scheduling to work around my schedule. By far the best shop I’ve experienced in the springs. They were also able to coordinate additional PPF work to be done for me while they had my car. Highly recommend.

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Repaired extensive hail damage on 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 from summer storm and also assisted with additional body damage from "work truck " wear and tear. Jesse, Mindy and their team were very helpful and accommodating! We live a few hours out and it was well worth the drive. Highly recommend and truck looks like new! Thank you!

I have had two excellent experiences with Pro PDR during the last 12 months. First, my truck received heavy hail damage during a June 2024 hail storm. Then, the same truck unfortunately was ”Door Dinged” just last month. Jesse and his team did an amazing job repairing my truck on both occasions. From the big job to the small, they handled them both with equal professionalism & precision. Most importantly, my truck looks like new! They worked direct with my insurance on the big job to ensure it was fully restored. They also provided a quick repair estimate for the door ding and it was fully repaired within 1 week of first contact. Additionally, Mindy is a pleasure to work with; she is kind and helpful- Thank you Mindy!!

Return customer [Update 8/6/24]: I have since contacted Pro PDR for another dent removal job on my 2024 Mustang! I can report to you with great confidence that this company provides exceptional service at every level. The work that they are able to perform without having to resort to body work is nothing short of astonishing. My vehicle entered the shop with 4 minor to moderate grade dents, and was ultimately delivered to me the same day looking like it came off of the showroom floor at Ford... no exageration!
I contacted Pro PDR for an estimate to remove several dents on my 4Runner. Not only was the cost to repair my vehicle reasonable, their service was top rate! In my case, I was able to receive estimate, schedule repair, and pick up my vehicle on the same day! My only regret is that I drove my vehicle for 4 years with these dents without realizing how painless the repair could actually be.

I can not recommend Pro PDR highly enough. Even when faced with back-ordered parts, and unforeseen body shop schedule changes - Jesse was still able to get things done in a timely manner. And to Mindy - thank you for your constant communication, and consideration.
If you have hail damage to your vehicle, stop looking around for a shop and just bring it here immediately. All other repair shops in the area should take note of what’s happening here.

Pro PDR did a great job! They got me in to repair hail damage when everyone else was quoting a ridiculous wait time. They were super professional, very communicative, worked with my insurance company without issue, and got my car back to me on time!

I brought in my brand new SUV to PDR after it suffered some pretty extensive hail damage. They were extremely helpful in navigating the whole process and worked alongside me and my insurance to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. While they were working on my car I was in and out of the country/state and they still maintained great communication and worked around my schedule. They take great pride in their work and made sure that my car met not only their expectations but mine as well. Highly recommend to everyone.
