Insanely unprofessional and discriminating! They (Julie and her supervisor) told me my application looked great but I needed an employment offer letter. I gave the offer letter to them and then they denied me because they didn’t believe I could work on the computer for a company in Kansas.They never refunded my money like the Colorado law states they must!Can only imaging how horrible the service must be once you rent a unit!

Stole our application fee. We called and asked what the exact parameters of the application was. We met all of them but they lied and said to go by AGI. Who counts expenses in Gross Income? Nobody. They are lying thieves.

Have rented with them for going into a year now, live in Wolf Ranch and I will say as a former property manager myself, they are great. They are on top of work orders in a speedy fashion, they answer your emails and calls, they were prompt at move in and overall 5-stars! Can't imagine why anyone would rate them less unless they were not complying with their own contract. I have had NO complaints or issues. Keep it going!! All I have to left to experience is the move out process and deposit refund so if this is not updated it obviously went as expected :)

We were introduced to Premier Real Estate group and Property Management when we bought our investment property in Colorado Springs 2015.I am an out-of-state investor and there’s no way I wanted to try and manage a rental property from thousands of miles away. Everything went well with his first rental so in 2017 we bought a second property and then in 2018 we bought third.There is no way I would ever own a rental without a property manager. Premier does an outstanding job. Each month I get a statement and a check deposited in my account.If I have a question, they are quick to respond. Over these nine years, the premier family has come to be part of our extended family.As much as I love how they take care of the property as if it was their own but what I was most impressed with was when my CPA went through their yearly statements and said this was the most organized and well laid out income statements he’d ever seen.The Premier Real Estate group is a class act like I said in my before, as an out-of-state investor I would not invest in real estate without Premier managing the properties. I give the a 5 star review.

Premier Real Estate Group has been one of the best companies I've rented with. The online resident portal ACTUALLY is utilized by the company (and monitored in a quick-response back). This way, all maintenance requests/concerns, and follow-up emails and calls are made by the Premier team - and then scheduled with the appropriate service providers. They've also been great at providing an understanding of what their company can and will do for their residents - and who to contact at the HOA of the property. Overall, Premier is the real-deal team to rent with. They've provided answers to my 'many questions,' while also ensuring that their contractors are executing services that have been requested through their resident online-portal system. Well worth the piece of mind, and value of rent charged to me as a renter, to work with such down to earth-friendly people.

I had a really good experience with Premier over the two years I was in one of their properties. Aaron was always really nice and upfront about everything. Submitting work orders through their portal was super easy and they were really responsive. Overall, the rental process was really simple with them. Highly recommended.

5 stars for Aaron, our property manager! Our experience has led us to believe his attention to detail, knowledge, integrity and fairness is peerless amongst other property managers. On one occasion he solved a problem that even the contractors were struggling to solve. Saved everyone money & time! Great guy for tenants and home-owners alike.Overall we were pleased with Premier, nothing predatory or neglectful. They took care of us and upheld the lease. They did not require us, when renewing the lease, to jump up to the current market rental value of the home. I think our rent usually increased by ≈$150 every year (could have been worse). They did not allow us to sign a lease for anything longer than a year (probably so they could increase the rent to benefit the home owner). Our work orders were always answered in a timely manner.Our disappointments were in the billing department:1) $5 per transaction to pay your rent or any other charges through their app! (We definitely used checks & USPS to bypass those fees.)2) Mandatory $15 a month filter fee for every renter. They use a third party to mail HVAC filters. We were always sent the filters that were two-month. So it ended up costing $30 for a filter that should be less than $10.3) Premier’s billing does not allow you to pay YOUR water bill directly to the utility company. You have to pay it to Premier and if you do it online, that’s another $5. To be clear, the water company DOES NOT CARE who pays the bill, but because an unpaid water bill in Colorado can result in a lien against the home, Premier babysits everyone’s bill. The few times I tried to be a big-kid and pay it myself, we always got a nasty call from a hysterical Premier accountant telling us we couldn’t do that.Very pleased with Aaron. We wish we could keep him as our property manager everywhere we get stationed.

We have rented from Aaron and his team for several years. They've always been very personable and professional. We had very few maintenance issues over the years, but when we did they resolved them very quickly. I would recommend working with them to anyone looking for a great real-estate group.

Apparently being a responsible adult with an 800 credit score and $150k income is not good enough for a basic rental because “having a roommate is not allowed per company policy”. I have been renting homes with a responsible roommate/friend (the same one) for years. We both have steady and strong incomes with 0 criminal records and perfect rental histories. We have no spouses and no pets. We take care of the homes we live in and are career focused. It would be nice if you were to drop the ridiculous policy and rent to people who are competent and responsible first rather than disqualifying me before even looking at my application (which was never submitted because I couldn’t even view the home due to this policy). I get that you probably have had bad experiences with poor tenants and multiple people living in homes and not taking care of the properties, etc but that’s why you look at rental histories and not blindly exclude good people with a broad stroked brush like this policy is doing… I would love to hear why I am still not a good prospective tenant based on having a roommate.
