I don't blame them for the difficult of my bumper or finding other small parts. I will have ever say a few days after I got my car the second time the horn and two different front lights went out. I call and spoke to someone one time and left a message another time a few days later and no one called me back. My car was than stolen and due to the horn being unfunctional I had zero chance hearing the anti theft alarm. They r nice people but the work is small shop work just keep that in mind

This is the 3rd time we have gone to Precision for auto body repair.
Orlando and his brother just keep getting better and better!
Orlando did a great job communicating what the repair would involve and the the time it would take. The work was completed on time even though it required more time and effort than was previously expected and he did NOT charge us extra (Rare, I know!) The bumper looks brand new, unbelievable job. Thanks Orlando for all your hard work!!!!

This was my first time doing business with Orlando and his brother and I didn't have high expectations since I am very particular about my car and I know every square inch of it. I took my car in for PDR after a hail storm beat it up pretty good and I figured while it was there I would add to the list and get a few other things done like rock chips and previous scratches, That being said these guys have more than exceeded my expectations the car looks amazing and trust me I've spent 6+ hours looking for any and all mistakes and I did find some but I don't think a regular person would have noticed these minor flaws one being a small amount of over spray inside a vent in my bumper that absolutely no one will notice unless I told them. Second flaw is a new scratch on the drivers side A pillar that was 100% not there before, it is minor and I should be able to buff it right out and I truly don't care about it considering how much work was done and how much time it spent in house it is a small price to pay. Lastly and the only thing I'm not happy about is my car was driven 118 miles while it was there, I personally don't like it when other people drive my car that being said I truly believe that even with the joyride included my car was well taken care of. I will 100% be continuing to do business with these guys and would recommend them to anyone just be aware they may take your car out to lunch lol.Services: Painting

I called and came in because my bumper was detached and left with it fixed at no charge in ten minutes. They were so friendly and even offered tips for me to fix a different dent in my car on my own to avoid a $3000 replacement. I will definitely come back here if I ever need more repairs!

I can't give Orlando a high enough rating. The quality of work and attention to detail was unmatched. He literally took care of my 2006 Jeep 'like it was his own', and his price was very fair. No one enjoys expenses but when the quality of work is this good, it makes it totally worth the cost! Highly recommend!!!!Services: Painting

The guys did an amazing job and went above and beyond on the body work and paint that have my Tacoma looking great! I returned to have an issue taken care of with the windshield that was installed by a subcontractor. The repair was done promptly and with no charge.
