“I had a great experience at this USPS location! Kristen was particularly helpful in helping me find out where my delivered package was when I selected no weekend delivery to a business (and got delivered on a Saturday). I would recommend coming here for any of your post office needs.”

“Fast and convenient. Not a full post office so I cannot comment on the USPS services. We always print labels and package things at home to avoid issues and save money. It is worth investing in a scale to save money on every package. Plus, it's better for baking! Win win!
This location has an adorable little shop, too. Their used DVD selection is huge and super cheap. We have filled in so many holes in our collection here. We have definitely picked up some obscure titles that I wasn't even looking for (Copper Mountain with Jim Carrey!)
The staff is typically friendly. Over the years they have had some rude employees, but that happens everywhere and they don't last very long. The owner is very kind and the current staff has been very nice.”
“Super pleasant experience. I went in with an eBay return, there was a decent line but the ladies worked through it quickly and were very kind. They scanned my QR code, printed my label, and I was out pretty quickly.”
“Almost always busy. Can buy local wine in store and lottery tickets. I think the rude employee is no longer employed there. The person who waited on me was very nice!”
“May 2023 Another great customer service event from the Staff at our Westend Post Office. Ramon was friendly and extremely helpful, answering all my questions and providing the exceptional service we are accustomed to here. 5 Thumbs Up! Again!!April 2023 We have been a USPS customer at the "West End" Post Office for at least 10 years now. We have always received prompt, couteous, and professional assistance from the staff. Probably been this way since the Post Office was built here back in 1962! Wow, that's 61 years of superb 5 Thumbs Up service!! West Side is the Best Side.”
“Passport Saturday walk-in 10:30 am.
Jason is the unicorn of postal employees.
This guy should be put in charge of hiring and training, I'm blown away with his customer service.”
“While I'm not a fan of the USPS in general (bad experiences with lost packages), the employees at the Cheyenne Mountain location are always super friendly and helpful. So much so, that I'm surprised that some of these negative reviews. I wonder if they are referencing a different location?”
“I go to this post off about 2 times a week to mail products. Yes it's super busy, the employees are busy, but very mostly nice. Especially the newer man, Mark!!!!!!!!! I Had to ask him his name this past Friday. I'll wait in any line to be helped by him!!!! So so nice, outgoing and total hottie!!!!!!”
“Very nice lady scanned all 15 of my ready to scan packages. Was super nice & quick , Thanks . Long wait for other line but scanning the 15 was quicker than other line.”

“I received fabulous service today by Katie. Her advice saved me a lot of dollars. The waiting line was short and the post office clean and well stocked. I also did appreciate the spacious parking.”
“This post office has a person who is key to making it work, her name is Mrs. Miriam Orozco, she is the fundamental person for the office to work, she is a person with charisma and empathy, I hope the other collaborators imitate her and learn from her. her to put herself in the other's place, thank you very much for helping me Mrs. Miriam Orozco, with respect and admiration Aldo Palma.”

“I would give it five stars but there is enough people and it seems like this is just a super busy post after lunch Please fix this also this is a very convenient location for us on fort Carson or right outside fort Carson”
“Yes the wait is a bit long (about 7-10 minutes) but considering how short staffed they are, the amount of patience they showed and the thoroughness of my experience was worth the wait. I had an issue with my one and only key being sucked up into the car wash vacuum and needed my box rekeyed, my mail held and information and application for my passport. I kinda felt bad for the people behind me but I was there to conduct serious business. Some of them could’ve used the kiosk.
Cut these folks a break. They are actually doing the best they can.”
“I personally have a great time here, the post office folks get the job done and as quick as they can. They’re often bombarded with lots of people and because it’s a government job sometimes there are online issues like change of address or packages lost in transit which are both unfortunate but a lot of times it’s out of their control! They’re doing their best and should be treated with respect, I go here almost daily because I have an online business and have never had an issue”
“My family and I love the Mail Stop Market! Alex and Lisa have been so kind to us for the past 9 years we've lived in the neighborhood above the shop. Everyday except Sundays I've been dropping off my small businesses packages to them, and I appreciate all of their support throughout the years. It's always such a a pleasure seeing both of them. The gift shop is full of local treasures supporting small businesses and artists alike. This is not a USPS, so please be sure to set your expectations right before you go. They can help ship USPS packages only, not FedEx or UPS. And anything beyond shipping packages and letters is best done at the local USPS station.”
