This Planet Fitness facility has very old equipment. Moreover, among the TVs there, only FOX and a couple of soap opera stations work with plugin earphones.

Was unable to help me unsubscribe from their services. Claiming franchise issues and need for a written letter of cancellation. Don't ever sign up they won't let you leave.
Edit: your comment below is unhelpful and you deserve this one star. I'm in another state and have access to all of your locations yet need to travel back or mail a letter. It's called an E signature dear.
Only reason we can't email is because your company makes it as hard as possible to cancel so they can keep getting fees from people who don't wear out equipment.
This is a bad business practice and you deserve the 1 star.

I did have an initial issue with the process of cancelling membership. However they reached out and took care of me and I’m sure they will take care of you. I would recommend this gym.

They shut down the men's locker room everyday between 1 and 3. They told me I could change in the tanning bed room, and anything I wanted to lock up they'd keep behind the counter. I did not care for this arrangement, so I left. Either hire 1 dude that can clean the locker room without closing it, or do it at 1am instead of 1pm.

Men's locker room is closed every day for 2 hours. Unsure about women's locker room. Rude signage all over. Unpleasant at best.

Patrons are very disgusting here,,, Spitting in showers and leaving used items in The shower,so I finally stopped going.

Enhancement has had 7+ light bulbs out. One Hydro Massage has been down for at least a month. 3 ladies working on Friday. When I came in on Saturday the back wall of glass was filthy. Cleanliness is not there cup of tea.

I like this gym because it's small, the staff makes sure it's always clean and usually isn't overcrowded; like the other gyms.

Lost my physical therapy. Much neneeded. So my hubby got a membership. So I joined. After Covid messing up my whole body. Liver transplant and I can't do much! So I hope this helps!
