I have known Kristen Franzen for several years and find her to be an amazing and caring property manager. Her professionalism and sweet demeanor as well as her good-get-em attitude has impressed me so much that I want her to work for me. Alas the commute is too far, but the offer stands! There are few people in the field of property management who have a knack for being honest and thorough with their business and this lady continues to impress me. Seriously, if you're looking for a top-notch Property Manager to take care of your investment as a rental property, look no further. I highly recommend Kristen with Pioneer Property Management. She is one dedicated young woman!!

I worked directly with Kristen to help get some interior painting done for a client of hers at an occupied residency. I have worked with a lot of property managers around the Springs area and Kristen stood out from the bunch. Very clear communication, responsiveness, and it was evident she likes to go above and beyond to make sure her client is satisfied. I need to add to the review below. I have retained a dozen property management firms over the past 20 years. Recently, my family had serious long-term health issues, requiring a great deal of attention. We own several properties in Colorado, Utah and Arizona. The ones NOT managed by Pioneer were aggravating, stressful and time-consuming to say the least.Pioneer handled all problems during this traumatic time for us, and never missed a beat. Pioneer is unquestionable honest, knowledgeable, professional and creative. They have the ability to professionally present and argue alternative points of view and logically explain courses of action. I used their credit evaluations on tenants on a few properties in Arizona which resulted in higher quality tenants like those developed by Pioneer. They absolutely are the best Property Management company I have ever witness. They are head and shoulders above the other ones i used. Pioneer Property Management, especially in the long haul, proved to be the most efficient, proactive and detail-oriented company in the business. Not the cheapest, but by far the best Value. I unequivocally recommend Pioneer Property Management.Pioneer Property Management handles problems for me immediately and the feedback and interaction is high-quality and reliable. The have improved my tenant quality, managed improvements, repairs and maintenance and have brought a consistently high level of peace of mind to my family with their hands-on meticulous care of mr rental units. Pioneer takes a personal and caring focus with their management of our assets. Pioneer is truly a partner in the management and delivers a great value with their service and diligence. Much better than any other companies I have retained and extremely communicative.
