Celeste and her team went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable! From the moment we walked in, we were met with friendly, knowledgeable staff who really took the time to understand what we were looking for. The store and lot had an impressive selection of RVs and accessories.
We also brought our camper in for service, and they handled it beautifully—everything was done on time and with great attention to detail. It's refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about their customers' satisfaction, both in sales and service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch RV experience!

If your in the market for a great RV stop here, not only do they have a great selection, but great customer service. I didn't once feel pressured every person who helped me was knowledgeable and nice top notch!!

Three phone calls today ( I got disconnected three times while they claimed to be transferring me), 0 answers for my ONE question (Can you bench test an RV furnace?), and two call backs, both of which were from people who were rude, pushy, full of excuses, and still did not answer the question.
If they can't handle a simple phone call, how can I trust them to handle repairing my RV correctly?

Lee (service) and Josh (technician) were extremely helpful recently with the Blue Ox/RVi Brake 3 systems we added this year. Lee was able to contact RVi and confirm the purchase of the system for Tire Patrol Sensors warranty of two replacement sensors that failed while we were on the road. Great Thanks to Lee and Kaitlin V. (RVi Sales) for delivery of the sensors to us in Maine.
Lee and Josh more recently were able to quickly assist with a couple of issues that happened with systems, which helped resolve them in a very timely manner.
Since we purchased our RV a few years ago from Pikes Peak Traveland, now Pikes Peak RV, we have experienced some good and not so good service from both companies. Scheduling has been a problem since the RV was scheduled on a specific day but was not started until weeks later. Lately I've noticed there has been a significant difference in cost of parts since the new ownership. I've had to go down the street to a competitor and shop online for common RV parts at way lower prices.
Five Stars for Lee, Josh & Kaitlin!

We brought our RV In for some upgrades back in June 2024. The upgrades did not go as planned, as we wanted a new awning- and they installed the wrong color fabric for the awning, as well as damaging our awning arm, ripping out our LED lights that were attached under the awning to the RV itself, and trying to open the door when the stopper was out which created a hole in our door. Upon asking them to fix the damage, they agreed to install a metal plate on the door but nothing more, when we agreed on the metal plate, they installed the metal plate only half the size they promised. The ownership changed after they damaged our RV, so the new owners told us they would try to contact the old owners and see what they could do since “they were responsible for this” and not the new owners. Unfortunately now it has been 4 months, camping season is over, and we have not heard anything back from anyone- under old management OR new management. If this is how they do business, we as well as all of our family and friends will NOT be conducting business with them again as they have not taken accountability or helped us in fixing the damages they caused.

Traveling from Indiana and needed to make adjustments to my equalizer hitch on my truck. Stopped in on a Saturday and Celest worked me in right away. Josh did a great job getting everything taken care of after a bolt broke off in the hitch head. Everyone was great to work with and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any type of service. Great customer service with the right attitude!!

I just found out that you recently took over Pikes Peak Travel Land and wanted to write a review of the Parts and Service Department at which I have had things done to my motorhome. Lee the service manager I feel is above reproach. His knowledge, helpfulness and willingness to help, are traits that you don't find alot of today and should be commended. I highly recommend this Service Department because they went above and beyond to assist me with the issues.

We brought our Prime Time Crusader in for an issue with our living room slide out. Originally we were told that parts would be required to repair and that there was an unknown date of availability and cost of these parts, but after talking with Celest, her and Shop Forman Dalton reevaluated the slide and were able to come up with a solution of realignment that fixed our issue without parts, saving us a bunch of money and time that our 5th Wheel would have been idle. We are greatly appreciative for Celest and Dalton’s efforts in delivering amazing service and customer support. We highly recommend them and will return in the future for any services that our RV requires.

This place and their team are AMAZING!!! The customer service is top notch. Lee (service) and Josh (technician) were extremely patient with me as this is my first time getting an RV and learning how to operate and care for one. The new ownership took over about 3 months ago and they've already made some great changes. I also love that they offer free classes to the public. I chose Pike's Peak RV because of the wonderful reviews and I'm glad that I did.

I very highly recommend Pikes Peak RV Service. On September 14, 2024 I arrived with a broken sewer pipe and both gray and black values destroyed. Lee in parts and service was fantastic. They didn't have the part I needed, so Lee made some calls and was able to find the part. I went and purchased the part from another supplier and brought it back to Pikes Peak RV where Derek in service did the repair in less than an hour. We were back on the road within 2.5 hours. This place is great.

$40 for a dump that used to be $15. Total rip off. Never coming back because if you overcharge for that, you'r overcharging for everything.

Everyone was very professional and communicated continuously throughout the whole purchasing process. When I arrived for pickup they all made it a point to introduce themselves and even were interested in knowing me. Their customer service is top notch. My local dealers couldn’t get a deal done or communicate as well. Therefore I was willing to travel a few hours to make the purchase. I was not disappointed.
