Five stars are not enough for the patience and professionality Mike provided during this transaction. There were several issues that we as the sellers needed to work through and Mike never made us feel pressured. Mike was always supportive and understanding. When the closing finally arrived, it was seamless and painless. We had a very good experience with Pikes Peak Home Buyers. Mike was very fair with us and did everything he said he would do. If you have ever worked with any cash home buyers you know they lie constantly. That is why it was such a pleasant surprise when Mike actually did everything he said he would do. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs them.

Needed to sale my house fast as I was moving and he was amazing. Closing was fast and easy and I literally didn’t have to do anything! He took care of everything!!!! It was an absolute joy to work with Mike. We had 3 simultaneous house deals related to Mike's work and it couldn't have gone any smoother. We purchased a beautiful house from Mike, he was the realtor for my house that I had bought before I met my husband and he bought my husbands house! Now, buying and selling houses is the epitome of stressful however much of our stress was eliminated with Mike's patience, knowledge and solution based approaches. I would recommend Mike 1,000 times over!

Professional, aggressive and efficient! Mike Cartmell sold our house in 3 days and we received 10k over asking. He took many of the stressors of selling my house off our plate and with his marketing and staging team made this a very smooth process. I recommend him to anyone, and feel he provides a relationship that I was not able to find with other realtors.

Luckily was able to rent this place for 6 months after selling our house. It is roomy and close to shops and priced right. After checking out multiple apartment complexes that leases were higher in rent, this place offered way more.

We contacted Mike just to see if selling for cash vs putting our home on the market would benefit us or not. After the initial conversation with Mike we invited him over to look the place over and discuss a possible sale. We really didn’t want to sell the house until next Spring, but after Mikes visit we felt like we could move forward with this process. As great as Mikes visit was we felt that as in any medical or business case we should contact few other folks to seek out their offers. Bottom line all offers were around the same, so the wife and I sat down and discussed what we should do and right away my wife said the only person she trusts is mike! Mike at no time bad mouthed or belittled his any of his competitors, he was open and honest and we would highly recommend anyone that is deciding on selling their home to speak to Mike! When it came to the closing date, Mike simply stated just give me a date and he’ll work with that, the entire process was amazingly simple and at no time did we ever feel as if we were being taken advantage of!
