I have seen a lot of dealerships and salesmen in the last few months. FORTUNATELY a lot of people are still down-to-earth and calm people to have you show a car, HOWEVER there is still A TON of not so pleasant experiences that are typical. With that preface, let me tell you that this AutoNation Acura exceeded all the rest of the dealers by a long shot! The only place to take great interest in a in-depth and complete test drive and took their time to explain every single detail and answer my lengthy questions with 0 pressure. For those of you interested in who to ask for here it is hands down Jacob Thole. No question. I have faith in recommending him without a single hesitation, this gentleman outshined a combined 10 other representatives at other locations. There was NO BS WITH HIM, Jacob looked out for my interest over his personal. Stayed overtime just to complete the sale and was instrumental in making the negotiations possible to work out for both parties.

I have not had a good experience here since AutoNation took over and Steve left. Last time I got my car serviced here with Tony I did the whole shebang, 100000 mile tune up. Afterwards I had fluids leaking all over my driveway. I tried to call to get this fixed and was told that nothing they did would've caused that problem. Now I may not know a lot about cars so I had no way to argue this, however my husband does. We scheduled an appointment and brought in our car only for another service agent, Todd, to confirm that this could indeed be something that they were at fault for. Unfortunately the day we brought in our car for the check all systems were down and we could not be seen, although other customers got a call to let them know this we did not. After that day I have left message after message trying to get my car back in and never received a call back. Additional repairs ended up costing close to $2k. I would not recommend this service shop to anyone but especially not to people whose automotive knowledge is limited.

I've been a Honda/Acura enthusiast my whole life. My experience with this dealership has been tremendously terrible. It has also changed my view of Hondas and Acuras to the point of possibly trading in my '23 Type R and definitely not taking back the '23 mdx Type S.
My wife mentioned blue smoke coming from our car last service we had, they said excess oil on the turbo burning off. This time we took it in to get the axels replaced, on a 2023 vehicle. They said the same thing about the blue smoke. I asked for a compression test. They told me no. They said it won't do anything for the issue. I had to demand one. When they finally did it they found oil on the spark plugs and compression test showed bank one is faulty. They apologized and said they will fix it under warranty.
They have "miscommunicated" (lied) to us about when parts arrived and the status of our vehicle countless times. I told them it needed a new engine, they said no we are replacing bank 1 of the cylinders. When I asked to take pictures of the cylinders they hadn't completed the tear down, despite telling us they were well into working on it. Once they completed the tear down they found out it needed a new engine. They are currently in progress of replacing the engine but they haven't found out why it is needed or know if it's going to happen again.
It's been 3 months now and no end to this nightmare. I contact American Honda, they can't do anything until the cars fixed.
I had to diagnose the problem myself, I had to tell them it needed a new motor and I told them the issue is with the VCM (variable cylinder management), they said the car doesn't have it..... it does.
So what has this dealership done for me? They have kept my 23' mdx type s for 3 and a half months and counting with no resolution, no timeline. I would not recommend this dealship and definitely wouldn't service my car there.
I hate leaving this kind of review but something needs to be done. Unfortunately the GM hasn't been very helpful through this process either.

I was greeted on time for my appointment. The service rep told me the car would be ready in 90 minutes, and it was actually done in 80. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with coffee and snacks. All in all a great experience!

The process of buying a car was very easy and the sales staff were very helpful in answering questions and demonstrating features of the car we purchased.

Had the best experience at AutoNation Acura service department. Tony took such good care of me. On a day when they were short-handed Tony made sure I was able to get my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and was super friendly and helpful in spite of the busy day. Tony took time to explain recommended service and let me know which things could wait versus what should be done sooner rather than later. Overall great experience with the service department and with Tony.

I was looking to sell my vehicle and saw ads for CarMax and AutoNation so I submitted the car details to both. They came in within $100 of each other with CarMax being higher.
AutoNation followed up by phone and I told them I was planning to go to CarMax and they asked if I’d bring the car by and give them a chance to beat CarMax. Irvin and Danny were friendly and I waited a few minutes for the used car manager to look at my vehicle and take some pictures. 30 minutes later they agreed to beat CarMax by $100. Then they brought more paperwork for to sign. That was almost two hours ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for a check.
So, five stars for the online part of this process and Irvin and Danny being professional and friendly. And 1 star for how long it takes them to get a check printed :). Avg to four stars because they were so friendly and apologetic.

Wife & I were working with their sales representative, Jeremy Meridith. Don't think I've ever had a pleasurable experience purchasing a car. Jeremy was polite, knowledgeable & professional. He should teach a class on how to sell cars.

You have to fight with the service dept everytime for them to do the right thing.
Missing the days when they were pikes peak acura. Souring my feelings towards the acrua brand.
Update over 1 yr later and this dealership is still refusing to provide recall repairs. Despite customers receiving letters informing them parts are available and you can schedule the recall repair.
After escalating this to honda/acura and filing a complaint with the nhtsa I was able to get this recall repair scheduled despite autonation acuras effort to block my repair. If you buy a car or 2 like we did from this dealership don't plan on the service department being helpful.
