Very friendly employees. Handy small store with groceries even local products such as locally grown lettuce but expensive 7.00 for a head of lettuce.

Recently saw this place got #5 as Colorado Springs best bbq all while Dickeys got #3. Whoever made that is out their damn mind. This place gives off that country store vibes with an unsuspectingly amazing bbq shop in the back. This place never disappoints and their burnt onion bbq sauce needs to be bottled up and sold everywhere. The people who work there are also super nice! Out of all the bbq spots in Colorado Springs, this place is hands down the best. Get the F out of here with Dickey's at #3, out their damn mind.

We love this place. They have the most tender ribs I've ever had. I don't do spicy-- but their jalapeño poppers are to dye for!!!! Sooo yummy!!!

Do not make the drive for this spot. I was having a cordial conversation with the Owner as he was packing my food, hit the 25% tip, and wish I realized he packed this highly rated bbq food before making the drive back home

I wish I could leave a good review. Walked in and placed larger order to take to friends. All meats were so dry, almost inedible. As other reviewers suggest, sauce is too vinegary to eat so we just got out Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Potato salad was probably Sams but was best thing we bought. Unfortunately won't go back.

This place was so good! Small little place in the back of a convenience store but it absolutely did not disappoint! I had the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork with green beans and potato salad. The meats were so tender and flavorful on their own without any sauce, but the sauces are also so good. I'll note that the brisket was pulled brisket, not sliced. It was still delicious, but important to note. The green beans could have used a little more salt but overall very good. The potato salad made me so happy. I am very picky about my potato salad and this was some of the best I've had. It has a nice tartness to it but was also creamy and sweet. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich which he said was one of the best he has ever had. He had the baked beans as a side and let me tell you they were SO good! We lived in texas for 5 years and were very worried we wouldn't find good barbecue here but I'm happy to say we have here!

Loved it. Quality and fast bbq. The ribs are perfect. GO THERE! IT IS SO GOOD! They have amazing coleslaw too.

It was a solid meh... the food wasn't bad but it was cold and it wouldve been nice to get some toast with my combo plates. First BBQ joint Ive been to that doesnt give out a bit of toast in a plate. The BBQ sauce had a ton of vinegar and it overpowered the rest of the flavors. My sonds pulled pork sandwhich was about 75% fat... nasty fat too, huge thick chunks of it. He didnt eat it... The place was full of flies, like literally hundreds of flies everywhere (fly strips don't cost that much) even the bathrooms were crawling with them, pretty gross. Outside where were eating there were at least 5 or 6 people smoking, like as they were eating, I know this isn't the restaurants fault but maybe create a designated smoking area so my kids arent breathing the s*** in while they're trying to eat. Anyway, we had high expectations but it was pretty bad, way overpriced for what it was. Its a shame because the area is beautiful and would've made for a great dining experience but the owners or at least the people running the joint didn't seem to concerned with our dining experience, instead seemed more concerned with selling as much as possible. Bummer, we live down the st and it would've been nice to have a solid BBQ spot to hit up regularly. Oh well!
