Austin and Chase were THE best sales folks I've ever worked with. I've purchased about 14 new cars over the years, and they are simply the best and most professional. You can tell they genuinely care and that means more to them, than if they make a deal with you or not.

Single-handedly the worst car buying experience I’ve had.
I started looking for a mini-van in June time frame as I’m i was in need of a larger family car. I came into ford in July after seeing an odyssey online.
Vehicle wise, there were no issues.
Paperwork wise, it has been an absolute disaster. I am military and moved to Colorado. I am a registered resident in another state. I mentioned this to both sales people, finance, and a sales manager and now the person In charge of sending out titling packets.
I had to come in multiple times to redo paperwork that was messed up. I had to get a NEW pre approval because they forgot to calculate my trade in on the original deal. And this cost me multiple trips to the bank to get a new loan approved. This increased the agreed to payment from 340 to over 400 as a result of this. I had a sales manager try to salvage the deal by increasing my numbers to get me to a 390 payment. That also didn’t stick, because the new pre approval I had to get increased my rate. So 405 it is. When I did not want to go over 350.
Fast forward to NOW. The dealership STILL hasn’t sent the proof of title to the DMV out of state. And I was only alerted to this because Navy Federal sent me a message saying that it was never received. My packet is still sitting in the office and now I’m being told that they never were told it was being titled in Florida.
Hilarious because I filled out Florida DMV paperwork in the finance office. TWICE. As well as told several people in the process and have provided them all the information.
So. Now I have to show proof of military orders (again) and I’m just now finding this out.Keep in mind if the Bank does not receive proof of title by the 90 day mark they’re allowed to increase my interest rates.
Decent car. At the cost of my sanity and 1000 steps. This place has a severe lack of communication and information management. Would not recommend unless you plan on micromanaging THEIR process’s.

We were having major issues with our transition and our torque converter, although we weren't able to get everything fixed our technician Brian was able to help us to the fullest extent possible and we are very greatful ??

Terrible service quality. Most of the time you can't get a hold of people with answers or domt have answer for you till force it out of them to do there jobs. Call set and appointment days in advance and still have no clue what they are doing. Three times I have been here and everytime well we you picked my truck up and you still havn't found out the issue is or we'll this or that happened. Everytime I get excuses never the truth. Very displease with the response time with repair or question on repairs. Also only dealership that doesn't give out loaners in time of need. Never coming back to phil long. I'll tow or drive anywhere but in the springs. Phil long needs to work on customer service

During a cross country moving trip our truck broke down in Colorado Springs. It was incredibly stressful but luckily we made it to Phil Long Ford. David Jiron was our service advisor and he was so professional and helpful--kindly called us a Lyft back to our hotel, quickly got our truck in the queue for service and communicated with me several times during the course of the day with updates. Our truck was repaired within a few hours and we were on our way. Absolutely amazing service considering this is a busy dealership. P.S. our local Ford dealer in Connecticut (who we have bought multiple cars from) had our truck for TWO MONTHS before they completed service and their communication was awful. Thank you so much Phil Long Ford for helping us!

Made an appointment to look at a Truck and the dealership didn't bother to tell me the truck I wanted to look at wasn't even in the same city the dealership was. Wasted a bunch of fuel driving from out of town and my Saturday morning for nothing. Very dishonest business practices

We were traveling to Colorado Springs and our car broke, their service department was able to get us back on the road the day we had planned to head home from Colorado Springs!

We took in our new Acura suv for an oil change, oil was spilt on the engine, now it’s been over a month and our car continually smells burnt. This is a $50k car that is a new to us that we worked hard for. This was the final straw for us after other bad experiences over the past few years. Another car we took in for an oil change they damaged the oil pan denying responsibility and now the car has a plug in the oil pan. We bought the coupon book with oil changes so felt stuck going here. We did have some good experiences but having an suv with this awful smell is the final straw.

Adrian is an amazing sales person. Friendly and has good knowledge of the vehicles he sells. He patiently answered all my questions while I was evaluating many different vehicles. He was available for me through several visits and test drives. When I made my purchase he organized and followed progress throughout.
