My 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid was damaged from a rear end collision. Although the exterior damage was superficial, further damage was revealed when body panels were removed, which required an additional supplement with the insurance carrier.
The Phil Long Collision Center delivered a flawless experience for me through the entire process. Great attention to detail. I am totally pleased with workmanship and color matching of a very tricky Ford "Seafoam Green" color on a 10 year old vehicle.
Nando was an absolute pleasure to work with and easy to reach when needed. He updated me routinely regarding the status of my vehicle. The office staff were helpful, polite, courteous and true professionals at what they do. My vehicle was clean inside and out when received after all repairs completed.

TLDR: I have purchased 8 vehicles in 5 years from Phil Long. My experience with their collision center has made so I will not buy another one from them.
My family bought our first Hyundai from Phil long in summer of 2019. Since then we have purchased 7 more including my newest a 2024 Ioniq 5.
I am an Uber driver and when people compliment me on my vehicle I always point them to Phil Long and tell them how great they are.
While driving on 9/23/24 a rock cracked my windshield. I was at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle on a different matter and they told me it had to go through the collision center. The lady I spoke to used to work there and said it would be fixed the same day. Cool, no problem.
I head to the collision center and on my way there, I call them.
There is only one person who handles glass, so I leave him a voice mail. I still go to the center, and I’m told he is on lunch. No problem, I fill out a form and I am told he will call me later that afternoon.
It is not coming up on 48 hours and I have not received a call from the gentleman who does their glass work.
As I mentioned before I drive Uber, the appearance of my vehicle is incredibly important, if the crack gets bigger it could cost me money.
Edit: Imagine reading the above review and thinking that my problem was with the dealership and not your collision center.
No accountability, no self awareness!
Your response definitely confirms my decision not to give another dollar to Phil Long!

I scheduled a hail estimate for the second time with Phil Long. I spoke with multiple employees about this issue before I arrived. I even called the collision center hour before my appointment and 30 minutes before my appointment. I once again explained my issue just to make sure that I was getting the best advice because it was a complicated hail claim. I got some pretty good information and decided to head down to the shop for the scheduled appointment. After arriving to the shop, Robert T. one of the associates came out and spoke with me about my vehicle. Robert was clearly trying to strongarm me into using Phil Long for repairs by saying I could not take my vehicle to get another estimate after there was one that was already approved. Robert is not an insurance expert nor does he have contact with my adjuster yet so why make such a statement? I already explained to Robert that I will be getting another appraisal to ensure the accuracy. Robert insisted that I have to use Phil Long and I ended the conversation at that point and asked for management. After an hour drive and attempting to get strong armed by the employee I noticed some confusion and Robert came out to me and said they were not able to do the estimate today because the estimator was not there. I then asked for the general manager DWYANE. DWayne came out, and I explained my issue and I simply wanted someone to understand and take reaponsibility, and all I got from DWYANE was shrugged shoulders.

Our van had a large amount of hail damage. Phil Long Collision did a great job! Insurance had majorly underestimated the repairs needed and Phil Long worked with them to get it repaired properly. They also kept us updated regularly on the progress. Highly recommended them!!

Disappointing, unbearable service. Wasted hours on the phone as a middleman between them and the insurance company and still ended up paying $1940 in unauthorized repairs to get my vehicle back.

This place was amazing. Towed our vehicle here direct from the scene. Robert Talltree was really helpful and informative.
Robert helped us understand the situation, gave us hints to how insurance would likely proceed. This includes telling us about the scrupulous tactics that the insurance provider would employ.
This really gave us peace of mind knowing what was expected with this horrible situation.
We’re sad our truck was totaled but happy to say Phil Long was here for our family on this tough journey!
