Service Department is a big reason for our Audi Q5 purchase - Branden is the best service tech, very knowledgeable with customer first attitude. A pleasure when I bring my Q5 for maintenance. Videos of our maintenance appointments is helpful and up-front of what is going on and needed.

I highly recommend! This was my first time visiting this Audi location and the service was exceptional. It was very easy to make my appointment and they were extremely helpful in getting me where I needed to be. Nate was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to get me in and out quickly and have my car back to me sooner than expected. Thanks Nate for helping me out! I’ll definitely bring my car back in for future service appointments.

AUDI OF COLORADO IS THE BEST! I came from San Diego, where I had a very bad experience with Audi of San Diego.. The team at Audi of Colorado Springs treated me with nothing but respect from the beginning till the end.. The process was easy everybody was professional. They are so welcoming. I have never seen customer service like this in my life… I have purchased around 8 cars in my life and by far this is the best best customer service. It all started with Don in the maintenance department so professional, he was helping me with my older Audi.. I then decided it’s time to buy a new Audi because I work hard and deserve it… I came in contact with SCOTT super super professional, great listener and cared about my feelings as a customer. I did not feel rushed at any time because most car dealers they rush you and pressure you.. I also met Troy that was able to take me on a test drive and was very informative about the car and the process of purchasing. I was impressed with the teamwork and the communication within Troy, Scott. Then when I decided that the new electric Etron Audi 2024 was the right fit for me. I was able to meet Aaron in finance. He as well was very patient answered all my I really have never had such a good experience in my life buying a car.. I want to give a special thank you to SCOTT, WIL, AARON and TROY. But especially Scott that really really helped me with the main process he is an angel …. THANK YOU TO AUDI COLORADO SPRINGS! I love my car. It runs smooth. I’m very impressed with the electric car. My husband and I recently traded both our vehicles for Audis. Thanks to Miguel our sales rep, and Aaron in finance for making the process seamless. They were very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Will definitely be back.

Audi Colorado Springs is a great place to purchase your next vehicle! Alec and Chris in the sales department are two of the most genuine and overall good people I’ve met and yes I know it’s part of their job to be polite, friendly, etc. to secure vehicle sells but they really do care about their customers. They will go above and beyond to help you get the right vehicle for the right price for you and your family. Don’t believe this post!? Stop by and just say hi and look at some cars. They don’t pressure you nor hover over you unless you want to get serious on a purchase then they’ll come and help you out. A shoutout to Nathan in the service department. He’s cool as a cucumber under any circumstances and will make sure that you’re all set to get your ride in top shape for your next drive. Definitely recommending the Audi Colorado Springs team for any of your vehicle needs!

Very happy with my recent service of my Audi Etron and from the service department.
In addition, I'm going back earlier in the year. Had several issues with my 2014 SQ5. Brought it in and was not smooth at all. Several things went wrong. Brought all these issues to the attention of the Service Manager, Ernie. Ernie took charge and made everything right. The service department took responsibility to make everything work. Robert my service consultant worked tirelessly and professionally to make everything right. Between Robert and Ernie they made this long time Audi customer very happy. Nice to see a company do what they did to put the customer first. Thanks you Robert and Ernie.

Excellent customer service in the service department. Nathan arranged an Uber while the car was in, communicated as soon as the car evaluation was complete and gave options and costs for next steps. Car was completed very close to the estimated time and under the quotation. I enjoyed coffee and snacks while awaiting the car to be washed. Everything was completed as expected, and I definitely enjoyed chatting with the Audi team - even test drove a couple new cars while I waited!

Fantastic dealership! Fair, transparent, and expedient. I sold my 2014 Q5 and Corey and Brad were incredibly upfront, personable, and easy to work with. I was caught off guard by the automated online quote; however, they followed up the following day with a much fairer offer. Highly recommend.

I will ONLY use audi Colorado Springs moving forward for any car needs and purchases. I live in Winter Park, Colorado. Aaron in Finance and Miguel the sales consultant made this process so seamless! They were on top of everything! Aaron was able to even get me a loan with a 10% interest rate for my SQ5! They are my dream team! Miguel drove the car to me himself so I didn’t have to drive all the way to the springs. A+ customer service, A+ communication! I cannot rave enough about those two!

My husband’s Audi broke down on a trip
Back from Denver. Audi repaired his car for $2600. The very next week it broke down again on a return trip from Denver on the inside lane of the freeway! Very dangerous!
Again the car was towed back to the Audi service in Colorado Springs. They realized they had repaired the wrong thing and said they would repair it for the cost of the part only. They did not offer a loaner car or anything else for the week he will be without a car. They said loaners are only for warranty work. That would never have happened at the Lexus dealership where I bought my car. They provide a loaner anytime I get my car (which is out of warranty) serviced/repaired.
I am appalled out Audi’s lack of service and will stick with Lexus on any future car purchases.

I purchased a used vehicle a little over 7 months ago with only 50,000 miles and it has been in the shop four times for the same issues. I went back to the dealership and expressed my concern and they were not willing to work with me. I have once owned an Audi, that being the vehicle that I traded in for my newer vehicle. I have tried to love my new vehicle, but have struggled with it because of its uncertainty and I won't travel long distances because of its unreliability. I will not be working with this Audi dealership for future purchases. A very unsatisfied avid Audi buyer.
