I’m going to attempt to put into words how grateful I am for all the guys at Phases Truck & Auto Repair. Ron, Aaron, and Monty are truly what epitomizes the image, or thought of what a great mechanic would be. I just can’t say it enough. After dealing with Mike Maroone Chevy North for over a year, and being lied to, having work done that was such poor quality my kids could have done better work.!In short, I would recommend Phases Truck and Auto to anyone, and everyone that is looking for a place that you can take your vehicles (fleet in my case, but also personal vehicles) to and have the peace of mind of being able to implicitly trust them, then this is the place!!Ron, Aaron, and Monty…. Thank You guys for absolutely everything that you do.

I took my truck here for a power steering leak and a coolant leak. They had my truck for 5 days and $2700. And I still have both leaks.

My son ruptured his F Series gas tank. Had it towed to Phases. Ron helped us out and we ordered a tank from Ebay. IT was delivered on a Friday and we picked the truck up Tuesday. Ron did a fantastic job. He was so helpful and courteous and charged what he said he would charge. In these trying times it is priceless to know that this business will actuallyhelp you out with prices that don;t change upon completion.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very disappointed in the lack of quality here. I brought in an old dump truck and made it very clear that I needed a thorough inspection done. We were not going to sink any more money into it if the repairs were above budget. They assured us they had someone qualified do said thorough inspection. We took out two loans in order to get the repairs done. It took them three weeks longer than they quoted to finish the work and get back to us. We were waiting on this as a work truck, and they were aware. When they did call me up, I was told they found another major problem, one which we could not afford to fix. I have since consulted with a certified mechanic and had a mechanical engineer take a look at the problem as it was related to us. Both conveyed this was an issue that should have been found right away.I feel deceived and bled dry by this business. We will not be referring this business to anyone.

We are traveling for a month in our motorhome. We were on our way from Arizona to Wisconsin and had issues with our brakes so we stopped in Colorado Springs. We called around and no one was able to get us in until mid June or July. Phases had Time for us to days later. Marty did a good inspection of our brakes and determined they just needed adjustments. $130 later and we are back on the road. Great service!Service: Brakes

Unfortunately this is a long, negative review. I did not have time to replace a failing turbo on one of our fleet trucks, so, seeing as it was serviced at Phases a couple years prior, I decided to drop it with them on July 22, 2020. Bullet points because of review length limits.-Ron, the service rep, told me the turbo was broken, wanted almost $3000 to replace it. I rejected, because new turbos for that truck are $300-700.-I supplied a factory tested turbo, an AC comp, and new brakes. I requested they provide a price and requested an ETA on completion.-Weekly check ins begin. They inform me that the truck needs a new head. No price given and no ETA given on this new work or on original work.-Approx a month later, bad news from Ron. Informed me that, in spite of NOT ever giving me a price or ETA, everything was done except the turbo because I gave them the wrong one. No notice I delivered the wrong one when I handed it to him and he opened it to check it. This is after the return window for the turbo closed, so I had to buy another.-A few weeks after 2nd delivery, informed they had killed the batteries, and after recharging them, they could not get the truck to start. They wanted a second key to see if the key I gave them had been "deprogrammed." I deliver another key. They say the security module has "gone bad" it was replaced with 2 new keys. I had 4 keys so my other two are now worthless.-Days later, Ron says it still won't start, so they sent it to Dodge for testing. No specific shop name or even permission to move it.-Weeks later, notified that I need to call Dodge and pay them $3000 to release the truck because it needed a new computer, a part that obviously worked fine when it was driven to them originally. After arguing, Ron notified me that their insurance would pay for the new computer.-It's now Oct. (3+ months in now). Weekly calls and text messages continue. Ron informs me that the truck is running great, and he has been driving it back and forth to work to "test" it. No permission was given for extended test drives. He informed me it was ready to pick up.-October 22, I go in to pick up the truck and find it taken apart on the vehicle lift. Oil is everywhere, the engine bay, burned on to the new exhaust header, and on the body and interior. I ask them if it exploded. Ron tells me "it will be all ready to go in just a few minutes." I beg to differ. After checking in later Ron tells me it won't be ready until the next day.-I call Ron, says the truck is again ready to go, and was washed. I arrive and it is still covered in oil. I go in for the keys. Starts, but it is clearly running on 5/6 cylinders. I go back in, Ron tells me "that is because of the new head on the old engine." Clearly a lie. The truck then sputters and is now chugging on 4 cylinders. Oil starts dripping from the engine bay and smoke is billowing from the exhaust. All in their parking lot. I drop the keys back on their desk.-A week later Ron texts me and says I need to buy a turbo, because the second one blew up. I tell them they need to buy the turbo. They refuse, claiming I must have supplied them with a bad turbo.-Another week, I finally get through to Jeff (Owner). I offer to work with his insurance and he says that "because the truck is so old, no one is going to offer to replace the engine in it." He laughed and says I'll "have to take him to court."-I get the truck released and have it towed to another shop. They informed me, with pictures and descriptions, that Phases had failed to properly calibrate the new head they installed, and it fell apart, damaging the engine. One of the valve bridges fell off and was chewed up, and bent a rod. The new turbo I had given Phases was completely destroyed, and 2 of the 6 cylinder walls had significant damage. Either way, I counted at least 6 violations of the C.R.S. 42-9-101, Colorado's Motor Vehicle Repair Act.I'll probably be proceeding with criminal charges. Don't do business here, you have bee

Used to be loyal customers but we will not be going back. Get a second opinion and make sure the work you pay for is actually done. We ended up taking our truck to the mechanic at international since phases was 3 weeks out. I'm glad we did because they quickly pointed out a slew of motor issues which should have been resolved with the motor rebuild that phases did for us last year. Won't be back to phases for any of our company or personal vehicles.

I've been using Phases for both my diesel truck and two of our cars over the past 3 years. Definitely seems like they are trustworthy in what they quote you for repairs, and pricing is about middle of the road. Casey at the front desk was awesome, but it seems like he left. The new guy, Ron, is very friendly and helpful, but not as good as Casey at following up and customer communication. Hopefully once he learns the ropes it will be back to normal. I'll adjust my review as necessary.

Front desk guy and mechanics are great. Management is liars.. Was told on multiple occasions that they were going to do stuff that they never did. Again.. the mechanics know their stuff and the front desk guy is awesome. However if you require the owners/accounting to get involved at all then don't even bother.. great employees, terrible management. Will not be going back which is to bad because the mechanics are very nice and highly highly skilled.
