Peter Martinez and his staff are the most courteous and pleasant people to work with. There is no "Please listen to the menu...." When called you actually get a happy person. They are very knowledge, efficient, and caring. Great company. Use them. You won't be sorry.

Well, I guess Natalie B. should take the entire allotted time to get my property claim approved. It's almost been twelve weeks and I haven't talked to an adjuster. I only know her name. I had additional coverages as well and I'm pretty sure they're not trying to pay me that either. " I can transfer you to claims". But it's just a voicemail. I thought I was getting superior insurance so I decided to pay extra but the service on the claims level is horrendous.
Thanks again Natalie B., the office staff kept you from getting one star.

Love this state farm team! I have been working with them the past almost 4 years now and they’ve been nothing but great, I am now considering adding more services with them. 10/10 recommend!
