My carpets had no urine odor and the stains were gone. Tim was very knowledgeable and very detailed at his job. I would highly recommend him for all your pet needs.

Tim is a magician when it comes to the issues I had with cat urine throughout my home, and him being able to get rid of the smell 100%. The product he uses can be used for more than carpet cleaning.

My couch is SPOTLESS! After contacting many cleaning companies to try and get my couch cleaned, no one in the area was able to clean my "S" code couch. Tim did I fantastic job fulfilling my request. He was very precise in checking the fabrics of my couch and took his time and researched in his notes what specific chemicals he would be using to keep my couch safe but get the best result. Let me mind you my couch was FULL of dog hair and residual dirt from pets and had the pet odor. He spent HOURS taking his time cleaning my couch and getting rid of all the dirt, grime, and smell. I really enjoy his use of eco and safe products as well! He even left me with a Nokemded solution so I am able to deodorize and make touch ups on my own! Definitely recommend if you have troubled spots or upholstery.

very professional. on time. friendly and was very pleased with the results. I tried many solutions and different people who claimed to be able to remove stains and or for but pet stains and odor cleaners were the only ones that did the job.

The products used are environmental friendly, smells great and I actually use the product called "Nokimded" daily. I clean my bathroom, kitchen, and baby's laundry with it. I use the product in the camping laundry to get the campfire smell out. I used on my dog after getting sprayed by a skunk! If you have issues with smelly sports equipment, use a half a cup in a load of laundry. Great product!!! I love it!!

Great service - our couch looks great and no more unpleasant odors. Tim was great to work with and very flexible when our schedule changed suddenly. Reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend.

Tim is very conscientious and did a great job at urine mitigation at my house. My cat had done significant damage to an area of carpeting and after his services the smell was gone and the area looked as good as new!
