Amazing experience. Bought my dodge here in 2019. Came in to get engine fixed on it Then was able to talk to Calob the sales rep about a trade in. He was efficient and friendly. We were able to trade in my dodge for a Subaru within 2 days. Everything was a smooth process. The money we put in the dodge was refunded and added to the value of the trade in. Aaron was our finance rep and made everything understandable. We finance through Ent and are very happy with the whole process. 10/10 would recommend Perkins!

Making a service appointment: No one answers the service department #. It goes to Voice Mail. Took 3 days for a call back after a second message. 2 week delay in the service appointment. Brought the car in - was told check and diagnostics only - repairs are running behind. OK.. Appt was 7:15 in the morning. No call back till later in the afternoon. Car still was not checked. Was not seen until the following day with very poor communication. Finally got results - had to pay an unexpected $318 in diagnostics fees that was not addressed up front. When I got the vehicle back had multiple more issues than when I brought it in. Had to take to a different service center.

These guys are just ok, took my 2019 Jeep I bought from Perkins here for oil change and 4 new tires.Everything went well till I drove the Jeep home and it started smoking and leaking coolant. Figure out they didn't tighten the coolant reservoir cap. Lost all my coolant and could have overheated the engine.My advisor Dean called me this morning and took care of the issue. So the mechanic side needs some better QC before they release your vehicle.

Terrible communication with us. Kept our car for almost two weeks. No contact until they called to tell us it was done. No response to phone calls or messages. No good explanation to why we need 4 tires at the 26000 mile point other than "Tires that come with new vehicles wear out faster". This part of customer service isn't hard...just be polite and keep the customer informed.

As is often said, If there were anyway to give anything lower, I most certainly would. I am going to make this as short as possible. 2013 Jeep Compass with apparent transmission issues. Involved are; the warranty company, parts supplier, and our freinds at Perkins Motors Repair. None of these people are doing anything near a decent job. Vehicle has been in shop for over two months. As usual, each entity is blaming the other. The worst is definitely Perkins. Complete and total lack of communication with any of us. The parts supplier has informed me they tested the second transmission from the vehicle and found nothing wrong. Yet Perkins, when I can finally contact them, claims they've heard nothing. I've called the service adviser 15 times throughout this with no answer or call back. The times I do get ahold of him are when I have the operator chase him down. Todays call log so far: 22 Sept- Lane calls: 1315-no answer 1330-no answer 1345-no answer 1400- no answer This could go on and on, but I'll leave it at that. We are locked in to this place because of the warranty company. Please DO NOT voluntarily bring you vehicle here for any service (not even a car wash).

I would have huge second thoughts about buying a car from them. We have a minivan that is well within the warranty, and something broke loose on it. I called within working hours, but no one answered. The recording said to leave my number and someone would get back to me. They never did. I called again, and I was told that I could bring in the card in thirty-two days, and they'd take a look.Why get a new car with a warranty when you can't even get it fixed? I'm not sure what we are supposed to do for the next month.

Took my Ram up to their service department to get an oil change/ tire rotation. Spent over $100 for this service. Approximately 600 miles goes by and my check engine light comes on for a oil pressure sensor problem. I took it to get look at by their technicians. They looked at the truck for an entire week and their communication throughout the process was nonexistent. Finally they said my truck was ready to be picked up. They informed me that they did not know what the issue was and it might have been from cussed from a low oil level. I explained to them that they just completed an oil change on the truck. They didn't seem to care and proceeded to charge me an additional $200 for adding oil to "fix" the problem. Update: truck still indicates a check engine light for the exact same issue. The service department is a joke and the technicians are completely incompetent. Will not buy another RAM due to this place.
