Don’t waste your time… even making an appointment gets you nowhere.. they literally turned us away with 1 customer in the whole place almost 2 hours before closing. What was the point of an appointment if you’re just going to turn us away?!? Ugh

This is hands down the best local salon in the springs, I have been going here for almost 3 years and won’t go anywhere else! Never had any issues, they do a phenomenal job, it’s clean and the owners are very kind, hard working people! Please look at all reviews and not the one recent one: she probably had an issue before she got acrylics on, look at her cuticles - she obviously doesn’t take care of her nails. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

I wish I could put 0 or negative stars… I am not a nail girly but I knew my partner was going to propose to me so I went and got a full set. The owner Ben did my nails and hurt me so badly. I now have fungus and puss coming out from under my nail. Save your money and your nail health and go somewhere else.
**** adding to my original post because the response I got was comical. I got my nails done on New Years Eve- the 31st at 2pm to be exact. Today is the 7th- yes I did wait 7 days to write a review. Honestly I knew something was wrong the day I left but the pain grew and grew from the owners negligence, unprofessionalism, and obviously lack of cleanliness. I have never had problems before. I wrote the review to educate others on what happened to me. I called and spoke to Ben the owner and told him what happened and he basically told me I did that to myself like his response, which is completely false. I think people will see your response Ben, see the picture , and look elsewhere.

Very happy that the first salon I walked into was busy, that way I could come to Paradise Nails. They got me in right away. The staff was super nice, welcoming, and took their time, they even let me sit there while my toes dried. Very reasonably priced for the services they put out. I will be back!

All around great! Wanted to get in quick before my hair appt next door at Brim Salon. I was able to walk in sit down and walk out with amazing nails for a great price! Would definitely go again.
