I had been looking online for headlight replacements for my daughter’s Civic which are very dim. They listed for about $350 per headlight on Amazon. I stopped in here on a whim and was able to buy twoNew bulbs for only 80 bucks total and the salesman came out and installed them right then! I can’t remember his name but it started with a J. Amazing customer service!

The folks at O'Reilly on Fillmore and N. Academy both had to coordinate to get my headlight replaced. They were professional and kind and got me on the road again very quickly. Thank you all very much!

My husband drove across town to this location to get front rotors for our car as the O'Reillys by our house did not have them in stock. Not only did they gave him one front and one rear rotor instead of just front rotors, they also sold us rotors for a 2003 instead of a 2013. How do you get it this wrong? This resulted in three trips across town to fix this! They weren't even apologetic of wasting both our time and gas.

Went there because my car wouldn't start. Blake determined it was the battery, not the alternator, and gave me several choices of the top, mid-level, and least expensive batteries for my car. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and made my trip a pleasure. I recommend this location, and Blake in particular, for excellent customer service!

Devin is AMAZING!! I needed a new battery installed at 7:00pm in the freezing cold and he swapped it out quick and efficiently. I would highly recommend asking for him specifically. Great service!
