My battery went bad and I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Mark Scheffel and Constitution. Michelle helped me from start to finish. She replaced my battery, put on some new wipers for me and ran a diagnostic check on my truck since the check engine light was on for some reason, suddenly. She was right; since the computer hadn't caught up yet, the check engine light is now gone. She was awesome and I couldn't be happier.

I had a battery that went out because of the cold and age. I am really grateful for the help of Zach. He was super kind and changed out the battery. He also had exactly what my car needed at an excellent price! Thanks Zach! I’ll be back for sure!

I remember when O’Reilly was the parts store to go to, but that is not the case anymore. The rental tool program is nice but not if they can’t get your cash back to you. I have gone to two locations and both are unable to process my return. Hopefully their corporate representative has an acceptable solution. Let’s see how long that call is going to take.

Fantastic crew at this O'Rilleys. Every time I have been in greeted at the door with a smile and given fantastic advice. Just got a new battery and Zachary installed it for me including making sure the OBD port was plugged in for the back up. Above and beyond service and best one I've been to. I will continue to shop here for all car related stuff!

Got to say this has to be the worst O'Reilly's I've ever dealt with. I was happy that we had a part store opened near the house, but half the time I try to get something I have an issue. Went in for oil the other day they didn't have what I needed in stock which is a basic 5W20 mobile one or rotella 10w30. Been trying to order a belt for my truck 2 days in a row. Got told this morning that they didn't hit the send button yesterday when ordering it. I reordered it this morning with a time frame from them. I called in to check the eta only to be given another round of excuses. I'll drive the 15 minutes to my nearest AutoZone from now on.

This is a fairly new store right on the street with easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well lit at night. They didn't have a unique air filter I needed in stock, but they got it for me in less than 14 hours. Very pleased.
