Didn’t have what I expected and staff standing outside smoking ? with the door open and the store smells like cigarette smoke. Second time I have ventured into a O’Reilly store since they bought out Checkers. Not the same. Won’t be going back.

Omg I can not tell how great this place is my daughter and I pulled up to O'REILLY's and I had a flat tire. Keli and Dennis helped me out so much they took the time to answer my questions and next thing I know Keli is out there in the cold changing my tire for me. When my luck could not get much worse. God helped me and my daughter out and brought us over here. Thank you guys for the wonderful care. I appreciate you if need any help come over here on Barnes they are amazing people.

The Store Manager, Jerry, was very helpful on the phone and immediately took care of changing my battery and the wiper blades as soon as I came to the store. He was polite and efficient.
This is the 2nd time I've gotten a battery from that location in the past 12 years. Every time they have been professional and gone the extra mile.

Greg is a complete idiot. Every time I come in here he is always hiding in the back even if there is a line of customers. Today he was the " acting manager" I came in to return some oil that was 12.00 cheaper at wal mart. At first I just wanted the difference (I called and asked and they said they can price match. So he says he can't price match wal mart and whoever said that was wrong. So then I tell them okay I'll just return it and he says " I can't do that I don't have any money in my drawer"
Please fire this idiot. I'd rather deal with a robot. I will not be back at this store until he's fired.
