Bought 4 batteries (3-car,1-RV)All batteries failed. New alternator on car properly working and perfectly working charging system on RV. Store policy even under a warranty is you must wait for them to charge the battery for 1-1/2 hrs so they can re-test or they won't honor warranty. Jeff Vapien and Dom Apocik at another location really went out of their way to make things difficult. I paid, without hesitation, for batteries with warranties. But that is not the service I received. I will not be returning to buy at this type of establishment. Their competitors are right down the street. I still need to buy 8 batteries for my boat and one for my dinghy. . I will not be purchasing them from O'Reilly's. Too bad stockholders!Bad investment!

I bought a water pump for my Chevy 350 4 years ago and it was half the price of what I paid this weekend that's why you get four stars I know inflation hasn't gone up that much on steel it's actually gone down but I got what I needed and got the job done so thanks
