I have been using this store for several years now and have always been thrilled with the quality of service I received. Rarely do they not have what I need in stock and on the rare occasion they have to order it in they usually are able to get what I need by the next morning if not later the same day. I appreciate the professional attitude of everyone who works there and will always take my business to them as they have more then earned it!

This place was disappointing. We frequent O'Reilly's for car parts wherever we are, whatever state we are in. Walked in, and Kevin was at the counter- no greeting. I went and picked up what I needed inside the store and then stood at the counter to get acknowledged in order to get parts that would be in the back. Finally, after a period of time I was acknowledged. Again, no greeting and just stared at me like I had 3 heads. Why do people do this to women in parts' stores?!?!? For a large town, and also having a common vehicle, I was surprised that 2 out of the 3 items I requested were not available/in stock. These are simple/common parts. There was no offer to look at nearby stores, or to order the parts. This is a location I will not be visiting again. Update Xmas Eve 2023: So, went to the tried and true O'Reilly's in Woodland Park to see if they had the parts I tried to get at this location. Turns out the part I did get at the Fillmore location was the wrong part for the make and model of my vehicle. So not only did customer service lack incredibly but I paid for the wrong parts! Thank goodness for Tristan at WP location who helped me return it and get the correct items....AND they had everything I needed IN STOCK!!! On Christmas Eve....and service with a smile!

Kenzie is the best. I walked into this store a little flustered after the dash mount for my phone fell into my steering wheel while I was driving. I was convinced I’d need to buy a new unit. After I explained all of this to Kenzie, she came up with a quick and simple solution to get the suction cup to stay in place. She was incredibly kind and nonjudgmental- I’ll certainly be coming back here for all my future auto parts needs.
