My wife was in there the other day. And the big manager. Made a rude comment about returning the stuff we have purchased. He did it. But very unprofessional. I will never return to one of of your parts store. Ever again. Unless I see the big manager is gone. Sorry I do like your store . But I like my principals better.

Albert and Frank both have bad attitudes and poor customer service skills. Smarting off, not willing to help, snide and rude comments, not to mention giving out wrong/bad parts. Really representing how a business shouldn't be ran. Been to this store twice, had two bad experiences with two different employees. This is why I will shop with Napa moving forward.

I would take your money somewhere else. I had bought a few wrenches I did not need but had taken out of the packaging, brought back two days later with original receipt and manager would not accept the return. Was very rude and told me “you can’t just rent tools.” The return policy clearly states 90 days. Very disappointing

I came in and asked for a 6.4 l starter and was given a 6.0 l starter..when I got home and realized I had been given a different one then I asked for, the gentleman was short and questioned why I would be wanting a 6.4l ... I needed it because it is what I asked for and replacing, he did not have that 1 in stock, so instead of telling me, he just gave me a different one......and was not friendly when I called about the mistake after.....

In general, I have had good experiences at O'Reilly's locations, and my stop in at this store tonight was just another good one. I was having some difficulty tracking down batteries for a few of the cars I'm working on, but Brandon went above and beyond to help me select, find and order the right one, even going out of his way to call another store and have it ready for me to pick up as quickly as possible so I could get back to swearing at an Audi. Both Brandon and the woman working with him, whose name i am sorry for forgetting, were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys!
