If I could give zero stars I would! This company is rude and unprofessional. I called for an estimate, and was told it would be a two week window. When I apologized and said that wouldn't work for us the women I talked to was extremely rude yelled at me that I would have to rent a truck and good luck! I have never had someone be so rude before. I will not use this company and I will recommending no one to use it. College Hunks was more than happy to help us out in the time from we needed.

Our delivery was late and was missing approximately 260 items. The items were not loaded on 3 separate occasions with no explanation. Now it is scheduled again to be loaded 1.5 weeks from now. IF it actually gets loaded it will be 1.5 months late. Of the items that were delivered a desk was completely smashed, 2 book shelves were broken (1 completely in half), and a bathroom shelf unit was broke in half. Totally unacceptable.

I highly recommend this company. Five stars company. Everyone was very Professional and the move went smoothly thanks to Larry the mover.

Terrible experience and tried to charge us 3k more once all our belongings were on the truck. Definitely would not recommend!

Every step of the way was a good experience with A1Freeman / North American Van Lines. Most importantly, communication with the agent (Nancy) was always clear and she returned calls promptly. The price was very good and the guys did a great job packing everything professionally. Delivery went very smoothly, the guys were conscious of the community they were delivering into and took care to work quietly. Overall, great service!

Excellent company! Trusted moving company from getting the quote, loading and unloading with a professionalism!! Nothing missing. All items are numbered and wrapped with care. All staffs are company members and not from the street. Early arrival was a huge plus!! Lisa, representative from the North American Vanline came out for an actual inventory for an accurate quote!! This was an huge for me because I don’t like the surprise after delivery. Estimate was what I paid for the move and no extra charge. Insurance was required but was not an extra cost. Professional folks!! Thanks! It was a great experience!!

I have never had a more unprofessional experience in my entire life.I witnessed loaders THROWING my personal property down the stairs. I had to BEG them to shrink wrap my furniture, and they told me it would just be protected using moving blankets. Oh and by the way, it states on their website that it is company policy to shrink wrap, upholstered furniture. Same with fragile items I had to BEG them to pack them properly (either in paper or in boxes). They did not and assured me all would be fine. And now here I am, putting in $8,000 worth of claims now that my furniture and other fragile items came back to me broken, damaged, stained, and ripped.This is only part of the horror that I witnessed those couple of days. Now I’m begging you, please DO NOT use North American Van Lines if you are moving out of Colorado Springs.

First, before I begin i have used more than 8 moving companies throughout my military career. A-1 Freeman Moving Company is by far the worst company I have ever used. To begin the day they went to the wrong house and show up around 1100am. Out of 5 people only three really worked. They didn't bring all the moving crates so they have to go back to get them which took two hours. One of the moving guys stayed in my bathroom almost the entire time which was also the same guy who kept giving unwanted advise or feedback and takes the entire time. One guy stayed in the bed of his truck the whole time. They scratched three walls and door jams because they weren't being careful. They broke our dining table base. They finally finished unloading at 8:00pm. I had to ask them when they were going to put the beds and furniture together. They could have had someone putting the furniture together the whole time. None of the boxes were unpacked. I asked if they were going to unpack the boxes according to the contract and they said they aren't supposed to unpack if I wanted unpacking I had to schedule an unpacking on a separate day. I did not get a choice of this moving company because the Government paid for it however if you get the choice to not use them!!!!
