Very disappointed, for Natural Grocers

I requested for help at the vitamin section at register 2 with Ms. Sarah 10/06/2024 04:59 PM, two times. She called over the loudspeaker for me, I waited for awhile. I asked again if anybody was going to help me and again over the loudspeaker she announced it. I waited again for a while. I finally checked out and I told her I guess you’re not gonna have anyone help me. Sarah apologized. I asked to speak to a manager and the nearby register lady said that she was acting manager. I spoke to her and explain what happened. She looked very spaced out and basically just looked at me and said something that I can’t remember, she didn’t even apologize, that I would remember. When Sarah called the first time, I saw the acting manager come out of the employee room. I thought she was gonna help me, but she went to the register. It was not busy at all. I don’t shop much at this store because it’s always difficult to find someone to help. The best thing about your store is the vitamin section. Sarah asked me what I was looking for and I said that’s OK when I was checking out, I told her I was going to purchase the rest of Vitamins for my son, who lives at the Olympic Training Center at Sprouts.
My family and I walked away angry. You really need to do better. As I can see, your store is not busy at all, it’s probably for the same reason no one willing to help. Except Sarah that day, but she was too busy on the register. I wish there was a way to give you a negative star I would gladly

I was in the store a week and a half ago and was privileged again to interact with Essence! She is amazing! She gave wonderful customer service, stopped what she was doing to assist me. She was able to help me with exactly what I needed and gave me such great information that I was able to make my purchases well informed, and was very satisfied with what I took home.
And then again today, I encountered Rachel! Rachel was done for the day, the sign was up at the register for a moment but when she saw me waiting in another line she offered to help anyway, and welcomed me to checkout with her. Most would have looked the other way and left but she went the extra mile acknowledged me and invited me into her line, offering to help me anyway, giving me such wonderful customer service! She could not have been any more patient and kind (and my order was complex) yet she remained so congenial and extremely helpful, throughout the entire transaction. For these reasons and more is why I will definitely continue to shop at Natural Grocers and at this particular location! Both of these ladies made such a world of difference! Thank you both for making my shopping experience so wonderful!

The store on N Academy has the worse produce department I’ve ever come across. They are always out of many things. I’ve wasted my time too many times going there for something hoping they have it in stock and they don’t. For the most part the rest of the store usually has what I want but forget produce!!!Looking for another organic food store!

Have been a customer for +15 years and will continue so as long as I am in the local area and ambulatory. First, the nicest people staff this venue, bar none, and drop everything to help with a request no matter how oddball. Speaking of oddball, they carry things I can't find anywhere else and consider vital daily-use items. Their selection of chocolate, especially, it the best this side of what I imagine Heaven to be. Keep on keepin' on! See you next week.

Essence the assistant grocery manager was great. The store was out of stock of an item I was wanting. She took the time needed and ordered in the item I was wanting. THANK YOU! Great customer service

The store is clean and well stocked.
Overall the staff were friendly.
One person I spoke with was a little grumpy and seemed to need some time off.
I would recommend checking prices before you buy.
