As someone who comes from a long history of working in the service industry the Staff here was extremely rude which made for an uncomfortable experience, I was asking questions about carts bc the previous one I had from them was leaky and I was looking for more quality in my next cart purchase. Apparently that’s beyond their pay grade, as he wasn’t very knowledgeable about it and seemed annoyed I was asking any questions about the product in the first place. I’ve been a budtender for years in the past and this is why I shop at good chemistry, not only is their flower top tier but the customer service too, they are really friendly and passionate about what they do, and happy to answer any questions making it a fun experience to buy cannabis there, i won’t be coming back to native roots, and I will continue to go to good chemistry instead.

I've been coming here for years now. I always leave more satisfied with my purchases than anywhere else. The pot is always good, and priced right, and the selection of edibles and everything else is wickedly awesome. Drew is super nice and knowledgeable. All the employees are, even the ones that aren't there anymore. Thank you all very much for always making my experience a great one.

Best dispo in town. Fantastic staff that is super knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Andrew.
It would be great if they had one way windows so you could see outside while you’re in the building and the budtenders had more natural light!

We are from out of town and not familiar with cannabis products. Stopped at several other shops so far and the experiences were awkward and embarrassing because we didn’t know what we wanted. Experience at Native Roots was totally different. Drew was incredible and held our hand through the process. Describing the benefits and effects of the products and helping us pick out what suited our individual needs. Excited to come back again. Thanks Drew!
