I purchase a jump box from this location and they over charge me when I talk with the store manager. He said I can't do anything about.
Napa is steeling from people.
I do have the receipt and it is showing in their system as well.
But the store manager can not do anything.
I am going to report to IRS as well when they do the inspection they will find it out.

Friendly staff, quick and easy transaction, the parking lot is a little hard to get to.

Dont come here. They will make biased assumptions against you. Women in front of the store automatically assumed I wasn't going in and told me to park somewhere else because it's 'private property'. I guess she owns the parking lot. Don't give these judgemental jerks your business.

Made a special trip to pick up diesel additive. Their Web site said it was available for pick up in store. When I got there the guy at the counter told me they've never carried it. Very disappointing.

Napa always has what we need. I don't know how they are able to store it all in their building but every time we need something they always have it in stock and it saves us a lot of heartache.
