Moving can be incredibly stressful, but this relocation company made it simple. Their team of professionals efficiently packed and relocated my large sectional sofa and a queen-sized bed. They took extra precautions to protect delicate items, such as my glass display cabinet and fragile artwork.

This 'company' was hired to do a 2-3 hour minimum job. Nobody showed up at the time they said they would come & the owner said that his receptionist or some such (which is probably his wife) screwed up with the moving slot they gave us so we would have to find someone else. He also said that we could use some site that would be cheaper than his price..sure, what he didn't say was that moving companies charge extra with short notice and that is certainly what happened. It put us behind by a day & we did in fact end up paying more & my guess is he received a job that was for longer and didn't have the audacity to let us know, either way this was highly unprofessional. We should have known because the first time we hired his 'company' the first thing he said was to not worry about tipping because they were being paid for 2 hours with only needing them for about 30 minutes of work...rude & uncouth. As far as the actual work... they are no nonsense & get the job done unlike the other company I ended up hiring due to this one flaking but you don't know if they will actually show up so if you're up for that risk go for it!

They did a fantastic job getting our extremely heavy electric reclining leather sofa, loveseat and chair down from the living room to the basement even though it was a challenging and tricky job. They knew how to disassemble and reassemble everything in a way we had no idea was even possible! Israel and his teammate were kind, professional and obviously very experienced in doing the job plus at a very fair price. Highly recommend them and would work with them again!

The response was immediate and on a Sunday. They have the service but the price is not single income friendly, gas and expenses the use can't be helped really. They were polite direct and professional if I ever need this service I will try again with this company.

This was the second time I used My Heroes. And the reason they earned my business again was they did a stellar job. The first time. I moved from Pueblo to Colorado Springs in early May. It took them four hours (including drive time). After I closed on my new home, I decided to use them again. This time it's ten minutes across town. The quote I got was reasonable because I didn't have any extra furniture or boxes.It took them five hours and the quote was for three... The movers argued with one another and they took forever. And it ended up being $400 more than what I was quoted and $200 more than the move from Pueblo!When I asked why, I was told before I had experienced movers, these were new movers. So I was punished for not having experienced movers...and it cost me more.Please be aware of this so you don't get over charged.

Although we were not able to obtain service from My Heroes I was very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to assist us. We had difficulty coordinating unloading service because we didn’t have a time for the trailer delivery. Despite less than 24 hr notice, My Heroes were standing by to help. We will definitely need movers in the future and will be calling on them again. Very professional, friendly and responsive.

I am a Realtor in the Colorado Metro area and had the great pleasure of recently working with Isreal from my Heros Hauling and Moving. He helped my client with a haul away job as well as a local whole house move. Both jobs were smooth and pleasant! Isreal was professional, friendly and very good at his job! He took great care with my client’s belongings, everything arrived damage free! I can’t say enough about this great company. I will definitely be referring them to clients in the future and have plans to use them personally as well! Give this company a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

I had a last minute cancellation for the moving company I originally worked with and when I called My Heroes Moving for a last minute move on a Sunday, they were so willing to help me out. They showed up in a U-Haul, which I didn't mind because I was so grateful that Israel and his partner were able to accommodate me. They truly were my heroes!

I called in a panic.. I needed something ASAP. They were fully booked but they were willing to squeeze me in anyways. The customer service was amazing. Barbara clearly cares and is great at what she does.The pricing is great as well. Some of the other bigger names was quoting me 1000 dollars - just to move the big items from a small 2 bedroom to our new place 10 mins away. No boxes. No packing. No installing. No breaking down.Be sure to use these folks for your next move. I talked to a lot of moving companies .. and they were by far the best customer service.

Had such a terrible experience, they quoted me a fair price, then when it came time to move, the price was a lot higher because he “didn’t have enough employees to help that day.”Our coffee table was damaged and no longer usable and they wouldn’t take responsibility for it. Look elsewhere, this was all bad news
