They are like robots very un personalable... I've had a better time at self check out..... been going there for a year now and they make me feel like a stranger everytime... Every time I'm a brand new person according to them....... They won't recognize u after a years goes by ... They get the job done tho....... I hate coming here but it's omw to work....nice prices too.....

We used to visit Murray USA frequently because it’s close to our house and usually offers the cheapest gas in the area. However, our recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing, and we will no longer be giving this place our business.
During our last few visits, the store was poorly stocked—hardly any drinks in the coolers, and many of the shelves were empty. My husband wanted a coffee before work, but the coffee machine was empty. When we asked the cashier if she could refill it, she was extremely rude and outright refused, even though it was only 7 AM.
To make matters worse, when my husband tried to buy cigarettes, even after showing his ID, she refused to sell them to him. The cashier was nasty and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. When my husband said he would speak to a manager, she smugly claimed that she was the manager.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and we are done with this store. I would not recommend this gas station to anyone. It's worth driving a little farther to avoid the rude service and poorly maintained store.

Was there this evening (7-3-2024) at around 730 for a propane swap. The young man behind the counter could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The place was half locked so I had to walk around also they didn't have green and wild brand smokes like at other Murphy's they also didn't have lucky strikes. Their stocking and their listed hours are a lie. The gas pumps tap to pay was also malfunctioning. Please fix and I can update rating thank you.

DirtySad to see, Every trash can I'm not joking. Every trash can is overflowing on to the ground. I watch an elderly man almost fall tripping over a water bottle.I've seen it like this before, but that was in Los Angeles, California.

BEWARE****** the girl working tonight literally wouldn't take my money because I was paying in change. She said "I don't have to take that" it's like what are you serious? Not everyone have gas cards or cash on hand some of us actually have to count change to survive out here. SMH This side of town has the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.

While the young lady that I usually see in the evening is wonderful…I think her name is Frankie….the manager is a joke. Who yells at their employee and blames their mental health issues on their employees….to the point of brining up self -harm in front of customers? If Frankie ever leaves, they will lose my business…because she’s the reason I keep coming back.

Between 12:40 and 1pm today 8/10/2023 new cashier was observed being asked by a customer to sell him age restricted product without ID. Cashier sold to him which without confirmation of age is a violation of law as well as company policy.
