Had my annual physical scheduled since last Dec (last year’s appointment) but didn’t get a reminder call, text or email so I called to verify my appointment for tomorrow. After waiting on hold I was hung up on and had to recall and wait on hold again only for the lady to tell me it had been rescheduled for a week later! However I was NEVER notified! Great customer service!! ?I’m glad I called to do my own follow up concerning my appointment. I would have been really upset if I had drove across town for the appointment to find out it had been canceled! I asked WHY I wasn’t informed of the change and WHEN it changed but she couldn’t tell me! I told her if that’s the best you can do, then you can cancel my appointment. Her response was as if she didn’t care! My appointment was for tomorrow, which I planned around; not a week later! POOR customer service! Briargate location!

I have had an issue with my toe for two weeks now. The doctor called in gout medicine but nothing has helped. Now they say just take ibuprofen for a week , I did not get the opportunity to see someone else. A PA or another doctor. I’m not sure why my pain doesn’t warrant a doctor visit.The first person I spoke with was also very rude which usually isn’t the case. June is the nicest staff there!

My PA is great and I really like her. However….front desk/people that greet/answer the phone? Really rude. This is my second time here within a few weeks and because they don’t know what is happening behind their desk they get an attitude with me. I don’t work there. They do. So your poor organization is NOT my problem. AlsoFully expect Staff to talk loudly about you as a patient if you don’t just accept their attitude. I am looking for a new doctor.

No longer seeing self pay patients, even if youve been there before. I have a semi-urgent situation, a couple grand in the bank, and no doctor. Pretty sure this is violating patient abandonment law. Anyway, sleep well at night.

Stay away! They carried our insurance provider but assigned us a doctor out of network. We just paid $400 out of pocket after the billing was denied by our insurance because of this.

The staff at Mountain View Medical are unprofessional. At the Briargate office I heard them loudly making rude comments and laughing about another patient while sitting at the front desk. The lobby was full of other patients who could hear their loud, rude remarks. Both women at the front desk were rude and obnoxious to the four patients who came in after me, while I waited.

I have come here several times over the last 14 years and I have never had an issue with anyone. I am grateful that they offer same day even if it's later in the afternoon, I take what I can get when my daughter is sick.They have always been courteous and professional.

Since MVMG went to Optum, the service and professionalism has dropped to nothing. Sat in lobby at Briargate and could easily hear the two old ladies working the front desk making fun of other patients and discussing their medical issues. This is a HIPAA violation.

This group was bad before, now that Sloptun, sorry, Optum bought them they're really bad. Front desk is a nightmare and all the doctors are leaving. That's a red flag right there.

Go somewhere else. After Optum took over and Dr. Fellhauer retired it's obvious that profit margins are way more important than patient care.

I recently had to switch doctors, due to my prior PCP leaving the practice. I decided to go back to Mountain View Medical Group, and I am so glad I did! Short wait times, thorough exam, and everyone was very nice and helpful. I felt heard and cared for.I have since moved my son over to this office, and they are wonderful with him! My mother has also switched to this office and says it's the best care she's received in years.When I needed a quick referral, they sent it over within 24 hrs. When there was an issue, they resolved with it one phone call and the resubmitted the referral the next day.

I showed up to my appointment 5 minutes early and was told that since I didn't check in 20 minutes early, I had to be rescheduled. I have been going to MVMG for 15+ years, all my kids are seen by their Pediatric office, and NEVER have I been turned away for any reason. Don't waste your time on this group. It has gone downhill since they were bought out by Optum.

I have been using this team for a decade and have never had to wait or feel like I was not attended to properly. They have been attentive, caring and diligent on my needs. I highly recommend this center.
