Candice was the best. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and was able to get us to closing on our loan. She was also so responsive to all my questions and so kind and supportive throughout the whole process, even when one contract fell through and we pretty much had to start all over with the lending process. As first time homebuyers we felt very comfortable and supported through this process. I 100% recommend Candice!

Candice was awesome! It was our first time buying and she was always extremely clear, punctual, and patient with us. My parents referred her to us, so she is great for experienced buyers or new buyers! Looking forward to working with her again, and would definitely recommend her!

Candice Panariso was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and she helped us stay calm and informed throughout the process. She was available quickly whenever we had questions, and she was always happy to take the time to call us and talk through our questions and concerns. My wife and I were beyond intimidated when it came to the idea buying a home. Not only were we not educated on the process but we were scared to even start. Candace from Motto Mortgage was there for us from the very beginning explaining every step for the way. She went out of her way to make sure that we understood what was going on, when it was going on, and what was to come. While the process of buying our first home was stressful at times, we trusted Candace and her office that they had our best interests in mind and that nothing was going to happen unless we wanted it to. We never felt any unwanted pressure. We are thankful that we were able to find the right people to help us buy our first home, they made us feel comfortable every step of the way.

I can not recommend Candice Panariso enough!! She is ABSOLUTELY amazing.As a first time home buyer... you don't know much. Not only did she communicate better than a different company we had tried but she has SO many options. When we first started I thought there was only one first time home buyer program you could do... that's not true. Candice will help you find the one that works best for you. She is amazing at her job, and as a human in general she is so kind and definitely the best person to choose to work with!

Candice Panariso is simply amazing. I never once worried about the financing piece of our home purchase because I knew Candice had it under control. She communicated frequently and always answered my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience with our home purchase than with Candice.

Tim Phares was incredibly helpful to me during the process of buying my home. He was able to answer every question no matter how minor and explain the process to me so that I understood. This was especially important to me as a first time home buyer. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, he's also incredibly personable and patient. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially to those folks, such as myself, who have no idea what they're doing. I will definitely be going through Tim again when/if I purchase another home.
