Mister Carwash in Colorado Springs on New Car Drive is the very best for a car wash experience. It is well managed by Marvin, who is "the Best" as a conscience manager . Their Titanium wash is excellent.

Not open on time again. Yesterday they're painting the outside of the building so we had to wait, today I pull in and they say they're not going to open for at least an hour. This one is so unprofessional.

Please provide free towels for us to use and return when finish while we vacuum our vehicles just like your competitors….

One of Mister Car Wash's assistant managers, JT, was very helpful in getting me a temporary bar code for a vehicle that I am using while my vehicle is in the shop. JT was very friendly and professional. He was able to solve my issue very fast. JT represents Mister Car Wash well.

Hey, just washed my car here at Mr. car wash on new car drive. Customer service was excellent. My car was sparkly and clean. Wanna give a big shout out to JT for his amazing customer service, he was able to help me with a credit card issue and making sure that I was satisfied with the service.

Decent location. They are going through new management and renovations. Got stuck in the wash, had to wait for the system to reboot. JT the manager gave me a free titanium voucher and suggestions for their other locations. Appreciated
