They refuse to take an order over the phone for a uniform item that they don't carry, despite literally thousands of people needing it on this base. In 2022 that kind of a 19th century mentality is unacceptable. We have all these modern conveniences, like a telephone, like the internet, yet I have to come in in-person to order something that they should carry?? Wowsers! Not everyone has 30-40 minutes they can just take out of their day to accommodate ancient processes.
