Everything about this place is a joke! They day we bought the truck a joke, month later for an oil change and tire rotation a joke didn't even rotate the tires. Now they are denying us our service packaged that we pay for! We pay for the highest service package and it's just a joke to them! I'm so over having this vehicle and paying for an extra service package that they don't even go by!! Such a frustrating place. Take your business elsewhere save you a headache.

***UPDATE***
There is now another leak after just picking it up 2 days ago and it’s another $1500 repair. David the service person was kind enough to ask Quentin if there was any way he could help with the cost since we’ve already been in the hole $4500 and Quentin said no if they have a service contract great and if not then that’s their problem.
Like come on Quentin can’t even help with $1500?? Worst sales manager!!! Not giving ANY business to them in the future!!!! ***
If I could give a zero I would! When I first came in my salesperson Brent was okay. He wasn’t too nice and wasn’t too mean just okay. I asked for any manuals on the lot and the only 1 in my price range was a 2020 Honda Civic Si which when I test drove it seemed all fine and dandy.
Well when Brent tested it he said the clutch was high which I figured in different cars would mean different things. Well 2 weeks later the clutch is completely broken due to it “being high” as the service person explained. The service person said it must be a “newer driver” of manuals and that’s why it broke. Like NO WAY IN HELL DUDE!!! Even if a “newer” driver drove this car it shouldn’t break after 2 weeks!!!
By the way I am not an amateur manual driver! All of my cars prior to this except 1 were manuals so I KNOW HOW TO DRIVE MANUALS!! So I was beside myself when the service person said it was my fault the clutch broke like NO WAY DUDE!!! So I asked if it was covered under the power train warranty they made me buy only to find out it wasn’t covered. They don’t have any other warranties it would be covered under. So what was the point in buying the warranty!?!
I called my salesperson Brent and asked what he could do to which he replied I could speak with Steve the general manager but he only responds to emails. So I emailed him and a month later still haven’t received a reply. I called to speak with Quentin
the sales manager to see if there was any way he could help with the repair cost in which I always received a reply of “he’s busy try calling back” like COME ON GUYS!!!
So I had to pay $4500 out of pocket for a clutch repair from a car I JUST BOUGHT FROM THEM!!!! So buyer BEWARE make sure the car you’re getting is kosher in every way like maybe bring a mechanic you trust with you as these people just want to dump a car on you and don’t want to help you after they sell it to you!!!!!

As soon as I was greeted at Alpine I knew I was in good hands. Larry listened to everything I had to say and only showed me cars that met what I asked for. Larry went above and beyond! This is a great place to buy a car new or used!

This review deals only with the superior service I received from sales rep Scott Murphy. Scott amazed me at every step--from the initial online inquiry to the final delivery of the vehicle. He was incredibly communicative, open, and forthright about the preowned vehicles I was considering for purchase.
Mr. Murphy did not employ any high-pressure sales tactics, but rather allowed me and my daughter to evaluate vehicles on their own merits. He pointed out features, areas of concern, and effortlessly guided us through the purchasing process.
I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, and Scott stands alone atop Mt. Rushmore of car salespeople. Hands down, the best [stop] experience [stop] ever.
